Abstract
L’invention concerne une installation destinée à séparer les composants d’un mélange contenant des fibres 2) et des granules (3), ladite installation comprenant un tribochargeur (4) pour conférer aux composants (2, 3) une charge électrostatique, au moins une paire d’électrodes (5, 6) pour générer un champ électrique séparateur qui achemine les composants chargés, selon leur polarité, jusqu’à des collecteurs (10, 11), ladite installation étant caractérisée en ce que le tribochargeur (4) possède une grille (14) de confinement agencée pour retenir les composants dans le tribochargeur (4) jusqu’à ce que lesdits composants (2, 3) aient atteint une charge suffisante, puis pour laisser passer lesdits composants, une fois chargés, dans l’entrefer (7) d’où lesdits composants (2, 3) gagnent leur collecteur (10, 11), sous l’action du champ électrique séparateur.
