Abstract

Figure pour l’abrégé : Figure 1Blood flow reversal device for extra-renal purification circuit. The invention relates to a housing which comprises two circular compartments, a large one (4) containing two chambers (5a) and (5b) separated by a watertight partition (3) and a small one (15) containing a circular chamber (8), a rotary disk (6) and a flow reversal system (10). The flow inversion mode is activated by the rotation of the disc (6) by the support (13) in the counterclockwise direction inducing the opening of the orifices (11a, 11b, 11c, 11d) and the connection of the extensions (12a, 12b, 12c, 12d) to the connections (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d). The clamps (9), the Y tubing (2) and the two outlets (7a, 7b) allow the device to be purged. The unipuncture mode will be achieved by rotating the system (10) by the support (14) in a clockwise direction of the device activated in flow reversal mode. Figure for abstract: Figure 1
