Abstract

L’invention concerne des polymères à blocs A-B-A et leur procédé de préparation par polymérisation d’éthylène ou d’un mélange contenant de l’éthylène et un 1,3-diène en présence au moins d’un métallocène de terre rare et d’un cocatalyseur de formule RB-(Mg-RA)m-Mg-RB , RB étant un groupe comprenant un noyau benzénique substitué par l’atome de magnésium, l’un des atomes de carbone du noyau benzénique en ortho du magnésium étant substitué par méthyle, éthyle, isopropyle ou formant un cycle avec l'atome de carbone qui est son plus proche voisin et qui est en méta du magnésium, l’autre atome de carbone du noyau benzénique en ortho du magnésium étant substitué par méthyle, éthyle ou isopropyle, RA une chaîne polymère d’un 1,3-diène ou d’un 1,3-diène et de styrène, m un nombre supérieur ou égal à 1.
