Abstract
Système de prédiction (1) d’une rupture au moins partielle ou décollement d’une plaque vasculaire présente dans une carotide d’un patient ou dans un des troncs supra-aortiques pouvant aboutir à accident vasculaire cérébrale, comprenant : un dispositif de surveillance (2) apte à être placé à proximité de la plaque et comprenant un capteur de température (5) configuré pour mesurer la température de la plaque vasculaire, un capteur de vibrations (4) configuré pour mesurer des ondes mécaniques générées par l'onde de pouls artériel ou toute autre onde de cisaillement ou de compression traversant la plaque vasculaire et les parois sous-jacentes et un capteur de mouvement de la plaque vasculaire (6). Le système comprend en outre une unité de calcul (10) communiquant avec le dispositif de surveillance (2) et configurée pour analyser les données provenant du dispositif de surveillance (2) par une intelligence artificielle entraînée pour détecter s’il y a un risque de rupture ou décollement d’au moins une portion de la plaque vasculaire.
