Abstract

Revêtement intérieur à motif, notamment pour un véhicule Le procédé de fabrication du revêtement comporte la fourniture d’une nappe de fibres (20), le bouclage des fibres, l’accumulation des boucles formées par le bouclage dans des brosses, le dépôt d’une nappe de renfort (38) pré-aiguilletée, sur les boucles accumulées, l’assemblage des boucles accumulées avec la nappe de renfort (38), par aiguilletage à travers les brosses, afin d’obtenir une structure aiguilletée, le retrait de la structure depuis les brosses, et la tonte des boucles accumulées de la structure pour générer un velours. La nappe de renfort (38) comporte des secondes fibres et des fibres de liaison, les fibres de liaison présentant un point de fusion inférieur à celui des secondes fibres. Préalablement à l’étape de dépôt, certaines zones de la nappe de renfort sont chauffées selon un motif souhaité, à une température supérieure au point de fusion des fibres de liaison.
