Abstract

L’invention porte sur une cartouche d’analyse (1) d’un liquide biologique comprenant un réseau de canaux (4, 4’) définissant une pluralité de voies d’analyse. Chaque canal est défini au moins par deux parois de canal se faisant face et définissant une hauteur de canal. Selon l’invention, une paroi d’au moins un canal présente une marche (M) pour définir de part et d’autre de la marche : un premier segment (S1) du canal dans lequel la paroi présente une première énergie de surface (E1) et une première élévation (e1) définissant une première hauteur du canal (h1) ;un deuxième segment (S2) du canal dans lequel la paroi présente une deuxième énergie (E2) de surface et une deuxième élévation (e2) définissant une deuxième hauteur du canal (h2). La première hauteur (h1) du canal et la première énergie de surface (E1) de la paroi sont respectivement supérieures à la deuxième hauteur (h2) du canal et à la deuxième énergie de surface (E2).
