Abstract

La présente invention concerne une structure tubulaire multicouche (MLT) destinée au transport de fluides pour automobile, en particulier de l’air, de l’huile, de l’eau, une solution d'urée, un liquide de refroidissement à base de glycol, ou un carburant tel que de l’essence, en particulier de l’essence alcoolisée, de la bio-essence ou du diesel, en particulier du bio-diesel, ou de l’hydrogène, constituée de deux couches : une couche (1) constituée d'une composition comprenant majoritairement au moins un polyamide aliphatique semi-cristallin, ladite composition étant constituée d’au moins 50% de matière recyclée provenant d’un tube monocouche et/ou multicouche ayant été destiné au transport de fluides pour automobile, en particulier tels que définis ci-dessus, ledit tube étant constituée d’une composition qui comprend majoritairement au moins un polyamide, ledit tube ayant subi différents traitements choisis parmi un broyage puis un recompoundage, et un broyage puis un recompoundage et ensuite une reformulation pour pouvoir être recyclé, un simple broyage unique étant exclu des différents traitements, une couche (2) constituée d'une composition comprenant majoritairement au moins un polyamide aliphatique semi-cristallin et optionnellement au moins un modifiant choc, et lorsque la couche (2) est constituée d'une composition comprenant majoritairement au moins un polyamide aliphatique semi-cristallin qui est du PA12 et/ou du PA612 et/ou du PA1010, alors ladite composition comprend ledit modifiant choc, et ladite couche (2) étant constituée d’au moins 90% de matière non recyclée.The present invention relates to a multi-layer tubular structure (MLT) intended for the transport of automotive fluids, in particular air, oil, water, a urea solution, a glycol-based coolant, or a fuel such as gasoline, in particular alcoholic gasoline, bio-gasoline or diesel, in particular bio-diesel, or hydrogen, consisting of two layers: a layer (1) consisting of a composition comprising predominantly at least one semi-crystalline aliphatic polyamide, said composition being constituted of at least 50% recycled material originating from a single-layer and/or multi-layer tube having been intended for the transport of automotive fluids, in particular as defined above, said tube being constituted of a composition which predominantly comprises at least one polyamide, said tube having undergone different treatments chosen from grinding then recompounding, and grinding then recompounding and then reformulation to be able to be recycled, a simple single grinding being excluded from the various treatments, a layer (2) consisting of a composition comprising mainly at least one semi-crystalline aliphatic polyamide and optionally at least one impact modifier, and when the layer (2) consists of a composition comprising mainly at least one semi-crystalline aliphatic polyamide which is PA12 and/or PA612 and/or PA1010, then said composition comprises said impact modifier, and said layer (2) being made of at least 90% non-recycled material.
