Abstract

L’invention concerne notamment un procédé de recyclage d’une première électrode pour batterie lithium-ion, un mélange précurseur d’une composition d’électrode obtenue par ce recyclage, et la composition en résultant. La première électrode comporte un premier collecteur et un premier revêtement qui comprend des premiers ingrédients, et le procédé comprend :a) une séparation du premier revêtement d’avec le premier collecteur,b) un mélangeage par voie fondue et sans solvant du premier revêtement récupéré avec des seconds ingrédients neufs comprenant une seconde matière active, un second liant comprenant un liant permanent et un liant sacrificiel, et un second additif conducteur électrique, pour obtenir le mélange précurseur, puisc) une élimination du liant sacrificiel, pour obtenir la composition formant un second revêtement d’électrode.
