Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé pour la réalisation d’un document de sécurité pourvu d’une d’au moins une fenêtre transparente, comportant des étapes consistant à : - disposer entre deux plaques de laminage un empilement de couches de matériaux composé d’un substrat transparent, d’au moins une couche opaque à la lumière et d’au moins une couche transparente à la lumière, ladite couche opaque comportant au moins un orifice destiné à former ladite fenêtre transparente du document ; - procéder au laminage de l’empilement de couches entre deux plaques de laminage par application auxdites plaques d’une pression et d’une température prédéfinies de façon à provoquer un fluage de matière de ladite au moins une couche transparente pour remplir les orifices de ladite au moins une couche opaque ; - caractérisé en ce qu’au moins l’une des plaques de laminage comporte un élément en relief positionné en regard desdits orifice set configuré pour repousser lors du laminage une partie de la matière de la ou des couches transparentes dans ledit au moins un orifice pour former une fenêtre pleine et transparente dans le document.
