Description
Domaine de l’inventionField of invention
The present invention is a very simple device which makes it possible to obtain an opening in a plastic bag by passing the latter through the slot of the device without using a cutter knife or other known but relatively dangerous devices for opening bags or packaging pockets. in plastic material. This operation, repeated a large number of times, is long and tedious and above all leads to musculoskeletal disorders such as aches, tendinitis or cramps, particularly in the fingers or arms of the operator.
Par exemple, sur Toulouse, certains laboratoires reçoivent 5000 échantillons par jour (même s’ils n’arrivent pas tous via pneumatique).Example case of a hospital: Several buildings are equipped with a "parachute" pocket transfer system in pipes via a pneumatic system. Several expedition points are present in the buildings. The nurses take samples (blood, urine, etc.). They put the sample in a bag, they seal it and use a shipping point to send it to the analysis building. At the analysis building, several pipes arrive with the ladles.
The person who receives the bags must open them all to collect the samples and process them (labeling, sending to other services, social security processing, etc.).
It is therefore not an action on a single bag but a repetitive action on many bags. It is the opening of several tens or hundreds of bags per day.
You have to imagine a person in front of a row of pipes from which samples are constantly arriving. She spends her day opening the bags, scouting and transferring to her colleagues . For example, in Toulouse, some laboratories receive 5,000 samples per day (even if they do not all arrive via pneumatics).
The present invention will remedy these drawbacks thanks to a device which will be described in detail. It is very simple and makes it possible to increase the rate of cuts without fatigue of the operator.
In particular, cramps in the fingers and the risk of injury linked to the repetition of gestures or the use of cutting tools will be eliminated.
Ce sont :The illustrative drawings of the invention are not limiting, they serve to understand one of the preferred forms of the invention. These are :
The plastic pocket cutting device C comprises a gantry Por firmly fixed on a platform Pla. This gantry itself comprises two uprights M1 and M2 which can be solid or formed of several feet, the latter supporting a horizontal part Ph provided with a slot Fe which will allow the entry of a plastic pocket to be cut Poc in the introducing Fe into said slot. This slot is provided with two guide rails G1 and G2 placed symmetrically and whose entry profile is spaced apart (in a manner analogous to a funnel) this, to facilitate the entry of the pocket, these rails are then tighter at the place of the cut. This cut is performed by at least one blade La placed between rails G1 and G2 (FIG. 1).
The blade La is placed in a Lao housing adapted to it, (figure 4) the shape of this Lao housing makes it possible to adjust the angle of attack of the blade, the spacing of the rails remaining limited between G1 and G2 to avoid any risk of passage of a finger.
In a variant of the invention (figure 2) the rails G1 and G2 of similar shape are placed symmetrically and have two not necessarily identical openings O1 and O2 which allow the pockets to be passed in both directions according to their size or part to be cut .
At least one of the parts P which secures the rails G1 and G2 (FIG. 3) has at least one oblong hole To which makes it possible to adjust the distance between the rails G1 and G2 according to the dimensions of the pockets Poc to be cut with the device C cut.
In a more generalized version: this cutting device C can also cut bags and packaging, while remaining of identical design but with dimensions adapted to the problem posed by the type of bag or packaging that one wants to cut for open them.
In this case it is interesting to be able to recover the part under the open cup after passing through the device C which makes it possible to make a new packaging instead of throwing it away, it is therefore a device for recycling in particular plastic materials, or other materials, a highly sought-after device these days. This very simple device therefore has very interesting applications.
