Abstract

L’invention concerne un système d’éclairage à diode électro luminescente à la fois puissant, robuste, durable et possédant un indice de protection allant jusqu’à IP69, tout en gardant un coût de fabrication faible. Il est constitué d’un substrat métallique isolé, sur lequel est déposée au moins une diode électro luminescentes, alimentées par un câble ou un connecteur. Le circuit obtenu est alors enveloppé d’une gaine thermo rétractable, qui supprimera l’air et dissipera la chaleur du substrat et des diodes de façon optimale, son pouvoir de dissipation thermique étant de l’ordre de dix fois celui de l’air. On viendra alors surmouler chacune des extrémités, afin de rendre le système étanche et robuste. On pourra profiter du surmoulage pour ajouter une lèvre d’étanchéité autour du connecteur, ainsi que des évidements spécifiques permettant divers modes de fixation, à l’unité ou par groupe. Le dispositif selon l’invention est destiné à l’éclairage domestique, industriel et horticole, selon que l’on vient utiliser un substrat translucide ou transparent.
