Abstract
Procédé de dégazage et de mélange réactif par lot de polymères thermodurcissables et dispositif mettant en œuvre le ledit procédé La présente invention concerne un dispositif de dégazage et de mélange réactif par lot de polymères thermodurcissables, tels que du polyuréthane ou similaire, comprenant au moins un contenant (1) hermétiquement scellable dans lequel doit être positionné le lot de polymères thermodurcissables, un plateau rotatif (2) sur lequel est monté en rotation un plateau rotatif satellite, le contenant (1) étant positionné sur ledit plateau rotatif satellite afin d’entraîner en rotation et en révolution ledit contenant (1), des premiers moyens d’entraînement du plateau rotatif (2) et des seconds moyens d’entraînement du plateau rotatif satellite, et des moyens de mise sous vide (3) du contenant (1) ; ledit dispositif est remarquable en ce qu’il comporte des moyens de pilotage du premier moyen d’entraînement du plateau rotatif (2) procurant une vitesse de révolution du contenant (1) et un second moyen d’entrainement du plateau rotatif satellite procurant une vitesse de rotation dudit contenant (1), lesdits moyens de pilotage étant aptes à faire varier en continu la vitesse de révolution et la vitesse de rotation du contenant (1) indépendamment l’une de l’autre. Un autre objet de l’invention concerne un procédé de dégazage et de mélange réactif par lot de polymères thermodurcissables. Figure 1
