Procédé d’assemblage de pièces par réalisation d’une soudure continue et étanche le long d’une ligne perforée formée dans une première des pièces Ce procédé d’assemblage d’une première pièce (22) à une deuxième pièce, comprend : - fourniture des première (22) et deuxième pièces, la première pièce (22) présentant une première face (24) et une deuxième face opposées l’une à l’autre, - réalisation dans la première pièce (22) d’une ligne perforée (40) formée d’une alternance de fenêtres (46) et de ponts de matière (48, 49), - apposition de la deuxième pièce contre la première face (24) de la première pièce (22), et - soudage des première (22) et deuxième pièces l’une à l’autre au moyen d’une torche de soudage se déplaçant le long de la ligne perforée (40), au droit des fenêtres (46) et des ponts de matière (48, 49) et face à la deuxième face de la première pièce (22), de sorte à réaliser une soudure continue et étanche le long de la ligne perforée (40).
