Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d’un câble électrique blindé et câble associé Procédé de fabrication d’un câble électrique blindé comprenant une âme électriquement conductrice et une gaine de blindage électromagnétique cylindrique définissant une direction axiale et une direction radiale et disposé radialement autour de l’âme, ladite gaine comprenant un matériau composite présentant une région tubulaire électriquement isolante entourant l’âme, et une région tubulaire magnétiquement isolante disposée radialement à l’extérieure de la région électriquement isolante,Le procédé comprend :- une élaboration (100) d’un cylindre de matériau composite par ajout de particules magnétiques à une matrice organique,- une répartition (200) hétérogène des particules magnétiques à l’intérieur du matériau composite par application d’une force centrifuge sur le matériau composite jusqu’à l’obtention d’un matériau composite dont la concentration volumique des particules magnétiques dans la matrice organique augmente dans la direction radiale en s’éloignant de l’axe de révolution du cylindre, et- une insertion (300) d’une âme électriquement conductrice dans le matériau composite par extrusion du matériau composite.
