Abstract
L’invention a trait à un procédé de génotypage permettant de traiter simultanément un grand nombre d’échantillons d’ADN. Plus particulièrement, elle concerne un procédé de génotypage comportant une première étape d’amplification par PCR indexée puis une seconde étape de séquençage à haut débit, ce procédé étant simple, rapide et peu coûteux.The invention relates to a genotyping method for processing a large number of DNA samples simultaneously. More particularly, it relates to a genotyping process comprising a first step of amplification by indexed PCR then a second step of high-throughput sequencing, this process being simple, rapid and inexpensive.
