Abstract
La présente invention a pour objet une aide culinaire hyper protéique, hyper calorique et enrichie en micronutriments, destinée à des personnes âgées souffrant de dénutrition et/ou de sarcopénie. Cette aide culinaire comprend plus particulièrement : - de 35% à 52% de protéines animales et/ou végétales, - de 42% à 56% de matières grasses végétales, - de 3% à 10% d’un complément minéral et vitaminique, - de 1% à 6% de glucides, lesdits pourcentages étant exprimés en poids par rapport au poids total de l’aide culinaire.The subject of the present invention is a high-protein, high-calorie culinary aid enriched with micronutrients, intended for elderly people suffering from malnutrition and/or sarcopenia.
