Abstract

Carcasse 24 pour pneumatique sans air 1 réalisée par fabrication additive, ladite carcasse 24 comprenant différents éléments de structure 25 réalisés en déposant un matériau d’impression 21 à l’aide d’une buse 12, ledit matériau d’impression 21 comprenant un pourcentage P de fibres longues 15 enrobées dans une matrice thermoplastique 16, lesdits éléments de structure 25 étant réalisés par un dépôt continu du matériau d’impression 21 et le renforcement par lesdites fibres longues permettant d’améliorer la capacité de charge et la résistance mécanique de ladite carcasse 24.
