Abstract

TITRE : Dispositif d’impression 3D alimentaire La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'impression en trois dimensions (1) de type cartésien pour produit alimentaire, caractérisé en ce qu’il comprend :- un bac d'impression (5) amovible, destiné à contenir de la poudre ou du gel alimentaire formant une matrice ;- une tête d'impression (3) positionnée en regard du bac d'impression, ladite tête d'impression étant configurée pour se déplacer selon deux axes orthogonaux (X, Y), ladite tête d’impression comportant une buse d’injection (8) et un ensemble de pompes volumétriques (9, 9’), chaque pompe volumétrique étant destinée à être reliée à un réservoir contenant un matériau alimentaire (12), ladite buse d’injection comportant un ensemble d’orifices (11, 11’) respectivement associés auxdites pompes volumétriques, ladite tête d’impression étant apte à extruder de manière sélective chacun desdits matériaux alimentaires via l’orifice correspondant de ladite buse d’injection ; et- un plateau d'impression (4) configuré pour permettre le déplacement relatif de la tête d'impression (3) par rapport au bac d’impression (5) selon un troisième axe (Z) orthogonal aux deux autres axes.
