Abstract

Un échangeur thermique (1) pour cellules (4) de batteries électriques, caractérisé en ce qu’il comprend :- un carter (2), s’étendant selon une direction longitudinale entre une paroi avant du carter (2d) et une paroi arrière du carter (2e), et selon une direction transversale entre une paroi droite du carter (2b) et une paroi gauche du carter (2c), - une entrée de fluide caloporteur (8),- une sortie de fluide caloporteur (9),- un support de cellules permettant de recevoir des cellules (4) à l’intérieur du carter (2), le support de cellules (3) comprenant des séries longitudinales (S1, S2, S3, S4, S5) de logements de cellules,- une zone de répartition de fluide (7), reliée à l’entrée de fluide (8) et à la sortie de fluide (9), et- une zone d’échange thermique principale, alimentée en fluide via la zone de répartition de fluide (7), et dans laquelle est réalisé, pour chaque série (S1, S2, S3, S4, S5) de logements et sur au moins une partie de la hauteur des cellules (4), un échange thermique entre le fluide caloporteur et les cellules (4) disposées dans les logements de la série, les logements de chaque série (S1, S2, S3, S4, S5) étant bordés latéralement par d’un côté une zone de circulation longitudinale de fluide dans une direction aller vers la paroi arrière (2e) du carter (2), dite zone principale de circulation aller, et par de l’autre côté une zone de circulation longitudinale de fluide dans une direction retour vers la paroi avant (2d) du carter (2), dite zone principale de circulation retour Figure 3
