Abstract
Procédé amélioré de fabrication d’un produit laminé L’invention porte principalement sur un procédé de fabrication d’un produit laminé présentant une épaisseur réglable par délitage, comprenant des étapes dans lesquelles : - on prépare une solution liquide de résine non polymérisée dans un solvant ; - on enduit plusieurs feuilles avec ladite solution liquide de façon à constituer un film de résine sur au moins une face de feuille ; - on empile les feuilles de façon à les séparer les unes des autres par ledit film de résine ; et - on amène la résine à un état de polymérisation qui confère à la cale une force de liaison entre feuilles qui est plus faible que la résistance des feuilles au déchirement, ce dont il résulte que chaque feuille peut être détachée de l'empilement sans se déchirer, caractérisé en ce que le solvant est à base d’eau, de préférence la solution liquide est une solution de résine époxy en phase aqueuse.Improved method for manufacturing a laminated product The invention relates mainly to a method for manufacturing a laminated product having an adjustable thickness by disintegration, comprising steps in which: - a liquid solution of unpolymerized resin in a solvent is prepared; - several sheets are coated with said liquid solution so as to form a resin film on at least one sheet face; - the sheets are stacked so as to separate them from each other by said resin film; and - the resin is brought to a state of polymerization which gives the shim a bonding force between sheets which is lower than the resistance of the sheets to tearing, as a result of which each sheet can be detached from the stack without tearing, characterized in that the solvent is water-based, preferably the liquid solution is an epoxy resin solution in aqueous phase.
