Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dispositif d’alimentation (1) destiné à acheminer vers une imprimante tridimensionnelle un matériau sous forme d’un fil (3), ledit dispositif d’alimentation étant pourvu d’un compensateur (4) qui comporte un guide d’entrée (5), un système d’entraînement (6) motorisé, un guide de sortie (7), un réceptacle de guidage (11) à l’intérieur duquel le fil (3) issu du guide d’entrée (5) forme une boucle (13) sur lui-même avant de ressortir par le guide de sortie (7), de telle manière que la boucle (13) constitue une réserve de fil (3) et ajuste spontanément sa taille en réponse aux écarts entre la vitesse de sortie (V_out) et la vitesse d’entrée (V_in) du fil (3), un organe de retenue (15) qui est placé à l’intérieur du périmètre de la boucle (13) pour limiter l’ampleur d’un déplacement d’ensemble de la boucle (13) lorsque la boucle (13) subit une traction d’appel (T_out) tout en autorisant la boucle (13) à adapter librement sa taille, et un système de régulation (20) qui ajuster la vitesse d’entrée (V_in) du fil (3) en fonction de la taille de la boucle (13).
