Abstract

L'invention concerne un radeau de sauvetage (100) ayant une base (102) ayant une face supérieure et une face inférieure, un ou plusieurs éléments de flottabilité (104) fixés à la face supérieure de la base, et un dispositif de redressement (108) fixé à la face inférieure de la base (102), le dispositif de redressement (108) est conçu pour déplacer un centre de gravité du radeau de sauvetage (100). Lorsque le radeau de sauvetage (100) est soumis à un évènement d'instabilité, le dispositif de redressement (108) est conçu pour fournir un centre de gravité déplacé de telle sorte qu'un couple de redressement est généré pour retourner automatiquement le radeau de sauvetage (100) en position droite.
