Abstract

La présente invention décrit un système d'un implant dentaire (1-1) et d'un élément de fixation (1-2), lequel implant dentaire comporte un corps interne agencé de forme allongé ressemblant sensiblement à une racine de la dent, lequel élément de fixation comprend une structure poreuse hétérogène particulièrement avantageuse (3-3) assurant la croissance osseuse et l'oséo intégration (4-3), ledit élément de fixation comprend un dispositif autobloquant(4-1) qui s'agrippe à la paroi osseuse du milieu implantaire. L'invention apporte avantageusement une double réponse aux problèmes inhérents à l'implantologie dentaire à savoir l'oséo-intégration et la mobilité de l'implant lors de sa pose. L'ensemble de l'implant dentaire et son élément de fixation est réalisé par empilement de couches de poudres métalliques ou non métallique, fusionnées sélectivement par concentration d'une source d'énergie.
