Abstract

Dérouleur manuel de film étirable ou pré- étirable utilisé pour des opérations de banderolage de colis, palettes, dans le secteur de l'emballage de, l'expédition, du transport. L'invention concerne un dérouleur manuel de film étirable ou pré-étirable , permettant considérablement aux utilisateurs de travailler dans de bonnes positions, sans trop courber le dos ou plier les jambes lors de l'opération de banderolage, limitant de ce fait, certains troubles musculo-squelettiques, fatigue et incident. L'invention est constituée d'une embase (2) sur laquelle repose le rouleau de film étirable ou pré-étirable (22), d'un grand manche télescopique (3a-3b) relié directement à l'embase (2) ce qui limite toutes positions penchées pendant l'opération de banderolage. Un ensemble de trois éléments (4) coulisse sur le manche (3b) et rentre partiellement dans le haut du mandrin du rouleau de film (22) pour assurer son centrage et sa libre rotation. Une vis papillon (8) serrée sur le manche (3b) permet le blocage du rouleau de film (22) entre l'élément bas (7) et l'embase (2). L'extrémité du manche télescopique (3a) comporte une poignée (20) munie d'un anneau (21) permettant sa suspension lors de son rangement.
