Abstract

Ce système de mélange (1) d'un produit chimique avec de l'eau comprend un port d'entrée d'eau (3) adapté pour être relié à une canalisation d'apport d'eau sous pression, un port d'entrée de produit chimique (5) adapté pour être relié à un réservoir (100) de produit chimique, et un port de sortie (7) du mélange. Il comprend une chambre principale (11) dans laquelle est mobile un piston (13) délimitant une partie amont (15) de la chambre principale (11) reliée fluidiquement au port d'entrée d'eau (3) et une partie avale (19) de la chambre principale (11) relié au port d'entrée (5) de produit chimique, le piston (13) étant muni d'une tige (130) s'étendant dans la partie avale (19) de la chambre principale (11). Le port d'entrée d'eau (3) est également relié au port de sortie (7) du mélange, la partie avale (19) de la chambre principale (11) est également reliée au port de sortie (7) du mélange. Un dispositif de régulation (60) du débit d'eau est interposé entre la partie amont (15) de la chambre principale (11) et le port d'entrée d'eau (3). Le piston (13) est mobile, dans la chambre principale (11), sous l'action de l'eau entrant dans la partie amont (15) de la chambre principale (11) et de la différence de pression créée par la tige (130) du piston (13) dans la partie avale (19) de la chambre principale (11), de manière que du produit chimique contenu dans la partie avale (19) de la chambre principale (11) est dirigé vers le port de sortie (7) du mélange.
