Abstract

Procédé de génération d'un modèle virtuel en trois dimensions d'au moins une partie d'un squelette d'un individu, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'aide d'un dispositif d'imagerie (1) on observe l'individu (Ind) et: - d'une part, on génère une pluralité de paramètres extrinsèques au squelette de l'individu et représentatifs de la géométrie d'une enveloppe externe (E) ; et - d'autre part, on génère des images radiologiques sur lesquelles sont représentées ladite au moins une partie du squelette de l'individu ; et à l'aide desdits paramètres extrinsèques, on détermine dans les images radiologiques des zones d'intérêt à observer, puis on recherche dans ces zones d'intérêt des points caractéristiques d'os du squelette pour en déduire des positions relatives de ces os dans un référentiel spatial et ainsi générer ledit modèle virtuel en trois dimensions de ladite partie du squelette de l'individu.
