Abstract
Un procédé et un système pour une estimation automatique non invasive de module de cisaillement et de viscosité de tissu biologique à partir d'une imagerie par ondes de cisaillement sont exposés. Des images d'ondes de cisaillement sont acquises pour évaluer les propriétés mécaniques d'un organe d'un patient. Une propagation d'ondes de cisaillement dans le tissu dans les images d'ondes de cisaillement est simulée sur la base de valeurs de module de cisaillement et de viscosité pour le tissu en utilisant un modèle de calcul de propagation d'ondes de cisaillement. La propagation d'ondes de cisaillement simulée est comparée à une propagation d'ondes de cisaillement observée dans les images d'ondes de cisaillement du tissu en utilisant une fonction de coût. Des valeurs de module de cisaillement et de viscosité spécifiques au patient pour le tissu sont estimées pour optimiser la fonction de coût en comparant la propagation d'ondes de cisaillement simulée à la propagation d'ondes de cisaillement observée.
