Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de formation d'au moins un orifice dans une pièce à paroi mince fabriquée par une construction additive de poudres métalliques au moyen d'un faisceau haute énergie, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une étape de délimitation d'au moins une zone non fusionnée par ledit faisceau haute énergie définie par une trajectoire (9) fermée formant un motif (21, 22, 23) présentant au moins deux côtés (31, 32) adjacents formant un angle (α) saillant entre eux, ladite zone non fusionnée formant ledit orifice (8).
