Abstract
Dispositif prothétique de sternum avec manubrium et clavicules comportant une plaque (1) et des moyens (2) de solidarisation à des côtes, chacun des moyens (2) de solidarisation à des côtes comprenant d'une part un moyen d'accrochage à une côte, et d'autre part un moyen de fixation à la plaque (1), laquelle comporte à cet effet une multiplicité de zones de fixation d'un desdits moyens d'accrochage, réparties en périphérie. La plaque (1) comporte de plus, dans sa partie supérieure deux emplacements (10) d'insertion sur chacun d'une broche (3) destinée à coopérer avec une clavicule, ou partie de clavicule, la solidarisation d'une broche (3) à un emplacement d'insertion (10) étant réalisé au travers d'une articulation multidirectionnelle (11, 12, 30, 32).Prosthetic sternum device with manubrium and clavicles comprising a plate (1) and means (2) for securing to ribs, each of the means (2) for securing to ribs comprising on the one hand a means for fastening to a rib , and on the other hand a means of fixing to the plate (1), which for this purpose comprises a multiplicity of fixing zones of one of said hooking means, distributed around the periphery. Description
1 La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif prothétique de sternum avec manubrium et clavicules, destiné à être implanté en remplacement d'un sternum et de son manubrium et de tout ou partie des clavicules, c'est-à-dire sa partie supérieure sur laquelle s'articulent les clavicules. On connaît déjà, par le document FR 3 004 337, dispositif prothétique de sternum comportant une plaque et des moyens de solidarisation à des côtes, chacun desdits moyens de solidarisation à des côtes comprenant d'une part un moyen d'accrochage à une côte, et d'autre part un moyen de fixation à ladite plaque, laquelle comporte à cet effet une multiplicité de zones de fixation d'un desdits moyens d'accrochage, réparties en périphérie. Si un tel dispositif prothétique de sternum constitue un progrès par rapport à l'art antérieur lors du remplacement d'un sternum, il présente toutefois un inconvénient du fait lors de l'ablation du sternum, il n'est pas possible de raccorder les clavicules puisque le manubrium a également été enlevé. La présente invention a pour but de perfectionner le 20 dispositif prothétique de sternum objet du document FR 3 004 337. Le dispositif prothétique de sternum avec manubrium et clavicules selon l'invention, comporte une plaque et des moyens de solidarisation à des côtes, chacun desdits moyens de 25 solidarisation à des côtes comprenant d'une part un moyen d'accrochage à une côte, et d'autre part un moyen de fixation à ladite plaque, laquelle comporte à cet effet une multiplicité de zones de fixation d'un desdits moyens d'accrochage, réparties en périphérie, et il se caractérise en ce que ladite plaque 30 comporte de plus, dans sa partie supérieure deux emplacements d'insertion sur chacun d'une broche destinée à coopérer avec une clavicule, ou partie de clavicule, la solidarisation d'une broche à un emplacement d'insertion étant réalisé au travers d'une articulation multidirectionnelle.The present invention relates to a prosthetic sternum device with manubrium and clavicles, intended to be implanted in replacement of a sternum and its manubrium and all or part of the clavicles, that is to say, its upper part on which articulate the clavicles. The object of the present invention is to improve the sternum prosthetic device which is the subject of the document FR 3,004,337. The sternum prosthetic device with manubrium and clavicles according to the invention comprises a plate and means for securing to ribs, each of said means for securing to ribs comprising on the one hand a hooking means on one side, and on the other hand a fixing means to said plate, which comprises for this purpose a plurality of fixing zones of one of said means latching, distributed peripherally, and it is characterized in that said plate 30 further comprises, in its upper part two insertion locations on each of a pin for cooperating with a clavicle, or part of clavicle, the securing a pin to an insertion location being achieved through a multidirectional hinge.

Les avantages et les caractéristiques du dispositif 5 prothétique de sternum avec manubrium et clavicules selon l'invention, ressortiront plus clairement de la description qui suit et qui se rapporte au dessin annexé, lequel en représente un mode de réalisation non limitatif. Dans le dessin annexé : 10 - la figure 1 représente une vue en plan avec éclaté partiel du dispositif prothétique de sternum avec manubrium, selon l'invention. - la figure 2 représente une vue schématique en perspective d'une patrie du même dispositif. 15 - la figure 3 représente une vue en perspective et en éclaté du même dispositif. En référence à ces figures 1, 2 et 3, on peut voir qu'un dispositif prothétique de sternum avec manubrium et clavicules selon l'invention comprend, dans ce mode de réalisation, une plaque 1 et quatre moyens 2 de solidarisation à une côte, de manière connue en soi conformément au document FR 3 004 337. Selon l'invention, la plaque 1 comporte de plus dans sa partie supérieure, deux emplacements 10 d'insertion sur chacun d'une broche 3 destinée à être connectée, par insertion dans une clavicule, non représentée, après résection, laquelle clavicule peut également être prothétique. Chaque emplacement 10 se présente sous la forme d'une extension 11 pourvue d'une cavité 12 de forme hémisphérique, d'axe passant par le plan de la plaque 1 et faisant un angle 30 avec l'axe longitudinal principal de la plaque 1, en sorte de s'ouvrir vers l'extérieur, le haut et latéralement. L'extension est munie sur son bord distal et périphériquement d'un filetage 13. La broche 3 comporte à son extrémité destinée à être 35 solidarisée à la plaque 1, une rotule sphérique 30, fixée au corps de la broche 3 par une vis axiale 31, cette rotule 30 3032877 3 étant destinée prendre place dans la cavité 12, et à y être maintenue par un écrou 32, enfilé sur la broche 3 et vis sur le filetage 13, en sorte d'autoriser l'articulation de la broche sur la plaque 1.According to an additional feature of the prosthetic device according to the invention, the multidirectional articulation consists of a ball joint.
