Abstract

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to the field of sports equipment and in particular to sports equipment intended to be deployed on the ground to separate two play areas. More particularly, the present invention relates to structures for tennis nets, badminton, or volleyball, or any type of sport with two playgrounds separated by a net. Generally, the net-holding structures comprise a first leg portion, a second leg portion and a transverse portion interconnecting the two leg portions, the transverse portion being connected to the lower ends of the first and second leg portions. However, such sports equipment is very often complicated to mount and requires a lot of effort on the part of the user to install and uninstall. There are also many other structures to maintain a sports net, they are rarely satisfactory in terms of ease of assembly and / or storage. Thus, some structures have a large number of parts 20 which are often arranged in a particular manner, which makes the assembly of said structures complex. Similarly, there are sports equipment with hinges likely to seize and become damaged during assembly / disassembly operations, leading to the sporting equipment 25 unusable after a limited period of use. There are also sports equipment including a structure where the first amount and the second amount are complex and heavy elements to move and position. The user thus loses a lot of time in the assembly and disassembly of the sports equipment. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the invention is to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks. In particular, the present invention aims to provide sports equipment that can be easily mounted and disassembled while having adequate ground stability. The invention relates to a sports equipment intended to be deployed on the ground to separate two playing areas, said equipment comprising a structure comprising: a first upright portion which has a lower end and an upper end; a second upright portion having an upper end and a lower end; a transverse portion connecting the first leg portion to the second leg portion, the transverse portion being connected to the lower ends of the first and second leg portions; - a base to keep the equipment on the ground. The sports equipment comprises a structure comprising a first bent portion connecting the lower end of the first leg portion to the transverse portion. The leg includes a first leg extending from the lower end of the first leg portion, and a second leg extending from the lower end of the second leg portion. The first and second legs, as well as the transverse portion, bear against the ground when the sports equipment is deployed. The structure also includes a second angled portion connecting the lower end of the second leg portion to the transverse portion. It is thus understood that, when the structure is deployed on the ground, the first and feet, as well as the transverse portion, rest on the ground, which improves the stability of the sports equipment. The transverse portion may comprise a bearing zone that extends over the entire length of the transverse portion or a partial area of the transverse portion. The transverse portion may also include multiple support zones spaced from each other so as to always obtain a good maintenance of the ground sports equipment.

The transverse portion, through the first bent portion and the second bent portion, is respectively connected to the first leg portion and the second leg portion.

In addition, the first upright portion and the second portion may each be in one piece or be formed of multiple segments. It is in this case easy to change the length of the first portion and the length of the second portion depending on the game that the user wants to practice: tennis, badminton or volleyball.

The first bent portion and the second bent portion may be arc-shaped, or angular in shape. Thus, when the equipment is deployed, the first bent portion and the second bent portion participates in the structural reinforcement of the structure. Preferably, the first and second leg portions 15 are inclined such that the distance between the upper ends of the first and second leg portions is greater than the distance between the lower ends of the first and second leg portions. It will be understood that the angle formed between the direction in which the first leg portion extends and the direction in which the transverse portion extends is an obtuse angle, this angle opening towards the net. Advantageously the transverse portion forms a single piece with the first bent portion, while the first leg portion is removably mounted with the first bent portion. Preferably, the transverse portion forms a single piece with the second bent portion, while the second leg portion is removably mounted with the second bent portion.

Alternately, the first and second angled portions form a single piece with the first and second leg portions. Alternatively, the first and second bent portions 5 may also be distinct elements of the transverse portion and the amounts. Advantageously, the sports equipment comprises a thread that extends between the first portion forming the upright and the second portion amount. Preferably, said thread has at each of its ends a sleeve configured to cooperate with the first leg portion and the second leg portion so as to maintain tension in the transverse direction.
