Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Actionneur électromécanique comprenant un bâti (1), un moteur électrique (2) ayant un stator fixé au bâti et au moins un élément (3) de transmission de mouvement lié en rotation à un rotor du moteur, ledit élément étant relié au bâti fixe via un organe de transmission unidirectionnelle (4) et un dispositif de freinage (6), l'actionneur étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un limiteur de couple mécanique à rouleaux (5) et en ce que le dispositif de freinage comprend un organe d'activation électrique (6.5) de telle manière que, lorsque l'organe d'activation est alimenté, l'organe de transmission unidirectionnelle est désolidarisé du bâti et que, lorsque l'organe d'activation n'est pas alimenté, l'organe de transmission unidirectionnelle est solidarisé au bâti et s'oppose au pivotement de l'élément de transmission dans un sens de rotation jusqu'à un couple maximal transmissible défini par le limiteur de couple mécanique à rouleaux.
- 2. Actionneur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le limiteur de couple mécanique à rouleaux (5) est monté entre le bâti (1) et l'organe de transmission unidirectionnelle (4).
- 3. Actionneur selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le limiteur de couple mécanique à rouleaux (5) est monté entre le dispositif de freinage (6) et l'organe de transmission unidirectionnelle (4).
- 4. Actionneur selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le limiteur de couple mécanique à rouleaux (5) comprend une bague interne (5.1) liée en rotation à une première partie (4.2) de l'organe de transmission unidirectionnelle, une bague externe (5.2) liée en rotation à une première partie (6.1) du dispositif de freinage ainsi que des rouleaux (5.3) intercalés entre labague interne et la bague externe, le limiteur de couple comprenant en outre des ressorts (5.5) exerçant un effort constant sur les différents rouleaux pour solidariser temporairement la bague interne et la bague externe tant que le couple maximal transmissible n'a pas été dépassé.
- 5. Actionneur selon la revendication 4, dans lequel les ressorts (5.5) sont agencés de sorte à s'étendre radialement entre la bague interne (5.1) et la bague externe (5.2), une première extrémité de chaque ressort (5.5) étant solidaire de la bague interne et une deuxième extrémité de chaque ressort venant presser un rouleau (5.3) contre une surface interne de la bague externe.
- 6. Actionneur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'organe de transmission unidirectionnelle (4) est une roue-libre.
