Abstract

Ce dispositif est constitué d'une pièce de liaison en forme de barrette, d'une entretoise et d'un sangle de maintien. Description

-1 - ENTRETOISE DE POSITIONNEMENT POUR FIXATION DES BALL MARKER ET FULL RANGE MARKER SUR CANALISATION ACIER 0>200 MM Cette entretoise permet de solidariser les dispositifs de fixation des Marker Full Range et Ball Marker afin qu'une fois posés sur la canalisation, la séparation verticale de 15.2 cm permet d'éviter de perturber le système électronique du marker. Cette entretoise se présente se présente sous la forme d'une pièce rectangulaire évidée, la partie supérieure comportant 2 languettes d'accrochage (fig. 2) La partie inférieure en forme de chape permet l'assise sur tous diamètres de canalisation (fig. 2) 2 lumières sont pratiquées dans l'embase pour permettre le passage de la sangle de fixation (fig. 2) Le but de l'invention est de prévoir les fixations permettant de rendre solidaire les canalisations acier d'un diamètre supérieur à 200 mm. Le dispositif de fixation est aussi composé 3 éléments : - une pièce de maintien en forme de barrette et de deux rivets de fixation (Brevet n° 13 01358) - (Fig.1) - une entretoise de positionnement (fig. 2) - une sangle de fixation adaptée au diamètre de la canalisation (fig.3) Le montage de ces éléments sur le marqueur "FULL RANGE MARKER" s'effectue suivant la procédure ci-dessous : 1. Positionner la barrette de maintien de telle sorte que les perçages de la barrette et du Full Range Marker soient face à face (fig. 4) 2. Assembler les deux pièces à l'aide des deux rivets nylon (fig. 5) 3. Agrafer l'entretoise sur la barrette (fig. 6) 4. Faire pénétrer la sangle des les lumières de la chape de l'entretoise (fig. 7) 5. Entourer la canalisation avec la sangle et mettre en place l'agrafe à sertir sur la canalisation (fig.8) 6. A l'aide de l'appareil tendeur sertisseur, prendre l'ensemble, sertir et couper la partie dépassante de la sangle (fig. 9) L'invention a pour but de permettre toutes les possibilités de fixation des marqueurs 'FULL RANGE MARKER" sur tous diamètres de canalisations acier supérieurs à 200 mm, la longueur de la sangle étant ajustée au diamètre de la canalisation (fig.10) Cette invention permet de poser très facilement les marqueurs pendant les travaux de pose ou d'interventions sur toutes canalisations enterrées.-1 - POSITIONING SPACER FOR FIXING THE MARKER AND FULL RANGE MARKER BALLS ON 0> 200 MM STEEL PIPE This spacer is used to secure the Marker Full Range and Ball Marker fixing devices so that when placed on the pipe, the separation 15.2 cm vertical avoids disturbing the electronic marker system.
