Abstract

Ce dispositif comprend un corps (10, 20, 30) propre à recevoir chaque article (B2), des moyens de stérilisation propres à diffuser un agent de stérilisation dans le volume intérieur du corps, notamment des radiations ultra-violettes, et un organe mobile (51), logé dans le corps, qui forme plusieurs compartiments de réception (85). Le dispositif comprend des moyens de déplacement (64) de l'organe mobile, entre différentes positions d'utilisation, dans lesquelles un utilisateur peut accéder à un compartiment (85), via une ouverture (24) ménagée dans le corps, et une position de stérilisation, dans laquelle un volet étanche à l'agent de stérilisation obture l'ouverture d'accès. Ce dispositif permet une mise en œuvre intuitive puisque chaque compartiment peut être associé à un utilisateur donné. DISPOSITIF DE STERILISATION POUR ARTICLE D'HYGIENE ET SON UTILISATION La présente invention concerne un dispositif de stérilisation pour article d'hygiène, ainsi qu'une utilisation d'un tel dispositif. Un article d'hygiène, visé par l'invention, désigne tout article de soin par exemple bucco-dentaire, capillaire ou dermatologique, qui n'est pas à usage unique. A titre non limitatif, on citera notamment une brosse à dents, de type manuel ou mécanique, un rasoir mécanique ou encore un appareil dentaire. Au sens de l'invention, un tel article d'hygiène désigne également un article de puériculture, en particulier une tétine. Durant l'utilisation quotidienne de ces articles d'hygiène, notamment dans un cadre familial, des germes et des bactéries ont tendance à se développer sur leurs zones de contact, par exemple les poils des brosses à dents ou les lames des rasoirs mécaniques. On conçoit qu'il est utile d'éliminer périodiquement ces germes et bactéries, afin d'éviter la prolifération de pathologies. A cet égard, on connait déjà l'action germicide des radiations ultra-violettes, dont la longueur d'onde typique est de 253 nm. Ces radiations sont de nature à inhiber notamment les bactéries telles que, par exemple, Escherichia Coli ou des staphylocoques.The present invention relates to a sterilization device for a hygiene article, as well as to the use of such a device. An article of hygiene, referred to by the invention, denotes any care article, for example oral, hair or dermatological, which is not for single use. For the purposes of the invention, such a hygiene article also designates a childcare article, in particular a pacifier. During the daily use of these hygiene articles, especially in a family setting, germs and bacteria tend to develop on their contact areas, for example the bristles of toothbrushes or the blades of mechanical razors. It is conceivable that it is useful to periodically eliminate these germs and bacteria, in order to avoid the proliferation of pathologies. In this respect, we already know the germicidal action of ultraviolet radiation, whose typical wavelength is 253 nm. These radiations are such as to inhibit bacteria such as, for example, Escherichia coli or staphylococci.

Dans cet esprit on a déjà proposé, notamment dans US-A-2005/274906, un dispositif de stérilisation pour brosses à dents. Ce dispositif comprend un boîtier, équipé de moyens de fixation pour les brosses précitées, ainsi que des moyens de diffusion de radiations ultra-violettes. De façon périodique, ces brosses à dents peuvent être stérilisées, moyennant fermeture du boîtier et diffusion des radiations. Puis, on stoppe cette diffusion et chaque utilisateur peut accéder à sa propre brosse, par ouverture du boîtier. Cette solution connue présente cependant certains inconvénients. En effet, ce dispositif est assez encombrant, et son utilisation n'est pas totalement commode et intuitive. De plus il est relativement peu satisfaisant en termes d'hygiène, durant son usage courant entre deux phases de stérilisation successives.In this spirit it has already been proposed, particularly in US-A-2005/274906, a sterilization device for toothbrushes. Dans ces conditions, l'invention vise à remédier aux inconvénients de l'art antérieur évoqués ci-dessus. A cet effet elle a pour objet un dispositif de stérilisation pour article d'hygiène comprenant un corps délimitant un volume intérieur propre à recevoir chaque article, des moyens de stérilisation propres à diffuser un agent de stérilisation dans le volume intérieur du corps, notamment des radiations ultra-violettes, les parois dudit corps étant étanches à cet agent, caractérisé en ce que ce dispositif comprend en outre un organe mobile, logé dans le volume intérieur, cet organe mobile étant propre à former plusieurs compartiments de réception avec les parois du corps, et étant pourvu d'un volet étanche à l'agent de stérilisation, en ce que le corps comprend une ouverture d'accès aux compartiments, et en ce que le dispositif comprend des moyens de déplacement de l'organe mobile, entre différentes positions d'utilisation, dans lesquelles un utilisateur peut accéder à un compartiment, et une position de stérilisation, dans laquelle le volet obture l'ouverture d'accès. Au sens de l'invention, l'agent de stérilisation est de façon préférée constituée par les radiations ultra-violettes. Cependant, l'invention trouve aussi son application à d'autres types d'agents pouvant notamment être de la vapeur, ou encore des produits désinfectants qui sont envoyés par brumisation en direction des articles d'hygiène à stériliser. Les parois du corps sont étanches à l'agent précité, c'est-à-dire qu'elles n'autorisent sensiblement aucune diffusion de cet agent, en dehors du corps. Ceci garantit, tout d'abord, une efficacité optimale à l'opération de stérilisation. De plus ceci permet d'éviter toute gêne intempestive dans l'habitation, qui serait due à une éventuelle fuite de cet agent de stérilisation. Chacun des compartiments permet la réception d'au moins un article d'hygiène, tel que visé par l'invention. L'organe mobile définit donc différentes configurations d'utilisation, dans lesquelles un compartiment donné se trouve en face de l'ouverture, de sorte que l'utilisateur peut accéder à l'article qu'il désire utiliser. Dans ces configurations, le récipient n'est pas étanche et la stérilisation ne peut être mise en oeuvre. A cet égard, notamment lorsque l'agent de stérilisation présente un danger potentiel, comme les radiations ultra-violettes vis-à-vis de la cornée, il est avantageux de prévoir un dispositif de sécurité. Ce dernier, qui sera décrit à titre d'exemple dans ce qui suit, interdit la diffusion de l'agent de stérilisation dans l'une ou l'autre des configurations d'utilisation. L'organe mobile définit également au moins une configuration supplémentaire, dans laquelle l'ouverture d'accès est obturée. Par conséquent le corps est alors entièrement étanche et la stérilisation peut être réalisée de façon efficace et sans gêne dans l'habitation. L'invention permet de réaliser les objectifs précédemment mentionnés. En effet, le dispositif de stérilisation permet une mise en oeuvre intuitive puisque chaque compartiment peut être associé à un utilisateur donné. Dans ces conditions, par déplacement de l'organe mobile, chaque utilisateur a accès uniquement au compartiment qui lui est dédié. Ceci est à comparer avec le boîtier décrit dans US-A-2005/274906, lequel possède un volume intérieur accessible au moyen d'un couvercle. Lorsqu'il soulève ce couvercle, l'utilisateur peut donc avoir accès à l'ensemble des articles d'hygiène présents dans le boîtier, ce qui peut induire un doute.Under these conditions, the invention aims to remedy the disadvantages of the prior art mentioned above. For the purposes of the invention, the sterilizing agent is preferably constituted by ultraviolet radiation. However, the invention also finds application to other types of agents that may especially be steam, or disinfectants that are sent by misting towards hygiene articles to be sterilized. The walls of the body are impervious to the aforementioned agent, that is to say that they allow substantially no diffusion of this agent, outside the body. This ensures, first of all, optimum efficiency in the sterilization operation. In addition, this makes it possible to avoid any untimely annoyance in the dwelling, which would be due to a possible leakage of this sterilizing agent. Each of the compartments allows the reception of at least one hygiene article, as targeted by the invention. The mobile member therefore defines different configurations of use, in which a given compartment is opposite the opening, so that the user can access the article he wishes to use. In these configurations, the container is not sealed and the sterilization can not be implemented. In this respect, especially when the sterilizing agent presents a potential danger, such as ultraviolet radiation vis-à-vis the cornea, it is advantageous to provide a safety device. The latter, which will be described by way of example in the following, prohibits the diffusion of the sterilizing agent in one or the other configurations of use. The movable member also defines at least one additional configuration in which the access opening is closed. Therefore the body is completely waterproof and sterilization can be performed effectively and without interference in the home. The invention makes it possible to achieve the objectives mentioned above. Indeed, the sterilization device allows an intuitive implementation since each compartment can be associated with a given user. Under these conditions, by moving the movable member, each user has access only to the compartment dedicated thereto. This is to be compared with the housing described in US-A-2005/274906, which has an interior volume accessible by means of a cover. When lifting the lid, the user can have access to all hygiene items in the housing, which can cause doubt.

Selon des aspects avantageux mais non obligatoires de l'invention, un tel dispositif de stérilisation peut comprendre une ou plusieurs des caractéristiques suivantes: - le corps comprend un socle, un couvercle et un manchon intermédiaire, le manchon étant fixé à la fois au socle et au couvercle de façon amovible, notamment par coopération de formes. - le manchon est formé par une feuille repliée sur elle-même, l'ouverture d'accès étant délimitée par les deux bords distants de cette feuille. - l'ouverture d'accès est alignée avec des zones de plus faible dimension axiale, appartenant au socle et au couvercle. - les moyens de déplacement comprennent une surface crantée de l'organe mobile, laquelle est accessible pour un utilisateur à travers une échancrure du corps. - l'organe mobile comprend plusieurs panneaux s'étendant radialement à partir d'un axe central, deux panneaux adjacents délimitant un des compartiments. - les extrémités libres de deux panneaux adjacents sont reliées par ledit volet, propre à obturer l'ouverture d'accès. - il est prévu des moyens d'accrochage d'un article d'hygiène, par rapport à une paroi d'un compartiment. - les moyens d'accrochage comprennent une patte, fixée de manière amovible sur la paroi du compartiment, ainsi qu'un clip d'accrochage, porté par cette patte. - les panneaux s'étendent axialement à partir d'une embase de cet organe mobile, laquelle est pourvue de ladite surface crantée. - il est prévu une sécurité, propre à empêcher la diffusion de l'agent de stérilisation, lorsque l'organe mobile se trouve dans une position d'utilisation. L'invention a aussi pour objet une utilisation du dispositif tel que ci-dessus, pour la stérilisation d'un article d'hygiène, notamment une brosse à dents, un rasoir mécanique, un appareil dentaire, ou encore une tétine. L'invention sera mieux comprise et d'autres avantages de celle-ci apparaitront plus clairement à la lecture de la description qui va suivre, donnée uniquement à titre d'exemple non limitatif et faite en référence aux dessins annexés, dans lesquels: - La figure 1 est une vue en perspective illustrant un dispositif de stérilisation conforme à l'invention - La figure 2 est un vue en perspective, illustrant un organe mobile appartenant au dispositif de stérilisation conforme à l'invention - Les figures 3 et 4 sont des vues respectivement en perspective et de face, illustrant l'organe mobile de la figure 2 sur lequel sont placés différents articles d'hygiène - La figure 5 est une vue de face, illustrant le dispositif de stérilisation de l'invention, dans une de ses configurations d'utilisation ; et - La figure 6 est une vue en perspective, illustrant ce dispositif dans sa configuration de stérilisation. Le dispositif de stérilisation conforme à l'invention, illustré sur les figures annexées, comprend tout d'abord un corps creux formant récipient, désigné dans son ensemble par la référence 1 et visible notamment sur la figure 1. Ce dispositif comprend en outre un organe mobile, désigné dans son ensemble par la référence 51, qui est visible notamment sur la figure 2. Le corps creux 1 se compose d'un socle 10, d'un manchon 20 et d'un couvercle 30. Le socle 10 comporte un fond plat 12 en forme de disque, ainsi qu'un voile 14, s'étendant vers le haut dans l'exemple illustré. Ce voile est creusé d'une échancrure 16 permettant le passage de doigts de l'utilisateur, comme cela sera détaillé ci-dessous. Le manchon 20 est formé par une feuille 22, réalisée en matière plastique, laquelle est repliée sur elle-même. Cependant, comme cela sera décrit plus en détail dans ce qui suit, les bords de cette feuille ne sont pas jointifs. Le couvercle 30 possède un sommet 32 bombé, ainsi qu'une jupe cylindrique 34, s'étendant vers le bas dans l'exemple illustré. Cette jupe 34 est pourvue d'un interrupteur 36, permettant la commande d'une lampe circulaire 38 à radiations ultra-violettes, visible notamment sur la figure 6. Cette lampe 38, qui est de type connu en soi, est solidarisée par tout moyen approprié sur le couvercle. Comme le montrent notamment les figures 2 à 4, l'organe mobile 51, de type carrousel, est reçu dans le volume intérieur V du corps. Il comporte une embase 60 en forme de disque, dont le diamètre est légèrement inférieur à celui du fond 12. Un rebord cylindrique 62 s'étend vers le haut, à partir de cette embase 60. The invention also relates to a use of the device as above, for the sterilization of a hygiene article, including a toothbrush, a mechanical razor, a dental appliance, or a nipple. The invention will be better understood and other advantages thereof will appear more clearly on reading the description which follows, given solely by way of nonlimiting example and with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: Figure 1 is a perspective view illustrating a sterilization device according to the invention - Figure 2 is a perspective view, illustrating a movable member belonging to the sterilization device according to the invention - Figures 3 and 4 are views respectively in perspective and in front, illustrating the movable member of Figure 2 on which are placed different hygiene articles - Figure 5 is a front view, illustrating the sterilization device of the invention, in one of its configurations of use; and - Figure 6 is a perspective view, illustrating this device in its sterilization configuration. The sterilization device according to the invention, illustrated in the appended figures, firstly comprises a hollow body forming a receptacle, generally designated by the reference 1 and visible in particular in FIG. 1. This device also comprises an organ mobile, generally designated by the reference 51, which is visible in particular in Figure 2. The hollow body 1 consists of a base 10, a sleeve 20 and a cover 30. The base 10 has a bottom disc-shaped flat 12, and a web 14, extending upwardly in the illustrated example. This veil is dug a notch 16 allowing the passage of fingers of the user, as will be detailed below. The sleeve 20 is formed by a sheet 22, made of plastic material, which is folded on itself. However, as will be described in more detail in the following, the edges of this sheet are not joined. The lid 30 has a curved crown 32 and a cylindrical skirt 34 extending downwards in the illustrated example. This skirt 34 is provided with a switch 36, allowing the control of a circular lamp 38 with ultraviolet radiation, visible in particular in FIG. 6. This lamp 38, which is of a type known per se, is secured by any means suitable on the lid. As shown in particular in Figures 2 to 4, the movable member 51, carousel type, is received in the interior volume V of the body. It comprises a disc-shaped base 60 whose diameter is slightly smaller than that of the bottom 12. A cylindrical rim 62 extends upwards from this base 60. The surface of this flange 62 is provided with notches 64 (see Figure 4), so that it forms a wheel.

L'embase 60 supporte plusieurs panneaux 71 à 77, qui sont au nombre de sept dans l'exemple illustré. Ces panneaux s'étendent radialement, à partir d'un axe central A51. Lorsqu'il est placé à l'intérieur du corps 1, l'organe mobile 51 peut donc entrer en rotation autour de cet axe central A51, notamment par action d'un utilisateur sur la molette formée par le rebord 62. Les panneaux définissent plusieurs compartiments 81 à 87, de dimensions identiques. Les compartiments 81 à 86 sont ouverts radialement vers l'extérieur, alors que celui 87 est fermé. A cet effet deux panneaux adjacents 71 et 77 sont reliés, à leur extrémité radiale, par un volet 78. Ce dernier présente une forme d'arc de cercle, dont la courbure est voisine de celle du rebord 62. Une encoche 90 est ménagée sur le bord supérieur, opposé à l'embase, de chaque panneau 71 à 77. Les parois de chaque encoche assurent la fixation amovible, par encliquetage élastique, d'un organe d'accrochage 92 pour un article d'hygiène. Dans l'exemple illustré cet organe d'accrochage se compose d'une patte 94 en forme de U, venant coiffer les parois de l'encoche, et d'un clip 96 en forme de C. Une fois que le dispositif est monté, le carrousel 51 prend appui contre le fond 12 du socle. Le voile 14 coiffe le rebord 62, dont les crans 64 sont accessibles via l'échancrure 16. Le manchon 20 est disposé autour des panneaux, en étant maintenu en position contre les parois du fond 12.The base 60 supports several panels 71 to 77, which are seven in the example shown. Once the device is mounted, the carousel 51 bears against the bottom 12 of the base. The web 14 covers the flange 62, whose notches 64 are accessible via the notch 16. The sleeve 20 is arranged around the panels, being held in position against the walls of the bottom 12.

On peut prévoir des moyens permettant de faciliter la rotation du carrousel, par exemple des paliers. A titre d'exemple, ces paliers peuvent être formés par la coopération de creux non représentés, ménagés dans le rebord cranté 62, avec des bosselages, également non représentés, formés sur la surface en regard du voile 14. Les bords 22' de la feuille 22 ne sont pas jointifs, de manière à former une ouverture 24 dont la largeur est légèrement inférieure à celle du volet 78, laquelle correspond à la distance séparant les panneaux 71 et 77. On notera en outre qu'il existe un jeu fonctionnel radial entre l'extrémité des panneaux et le manchon, afin de permettre la rotation du carrousel. Enfin, la jupe 34 du couvercle 30 coiffe le manchon 20. On notera que, dans l'exemple illustré, le voile 14 et la jupe 34 possède des zones respectives 14' et 34', de plus faible dimension axiale. De façon avantageuse, ces zones 14' et 34' sont alignées avec l'ouverture 24, ce qui permet un accès aisé aux compartiments 81 à 86. Ce voile 14 et cette jupe 34 présentent par ailleurs une dimension axiale plus importante, dans leurs zones décalées par rapport à cette ouverture, de façon à garantir un maintien fiable du manchon 20. Le corps est formé par le socle, le couvercle et le manchon, lesquels sont fixés deux à deux de manière amovible, à savoir par coopération de formes dans l'exemple illustré. On peut prévoir que cette fixation amovible est renforcée par des moyens supplémentaires, par exemple d'encliquetage élastique. Ainsi, au moins une extrémité du manchon peut être équipée d'un organe d'encliquetage, lequel coopère avec un organe complémentaire prévu sur le socle et/ou le couvercle. L'utilisation du dispositif de stérilisation conforme à l'invention, tel que présenté ci-dessus, va maintenant être décrite dans ce qui suit. Les différents utilisateurs placent tout d'abord leurs articles d'hygiène dans les compartiments 81 à 86 qui ne sont pas obturés par un volet, contrairement à celui 87. Dans l'exemple illustré, deux compartiments 81 et 86 reçoivent des embouts El et E2 de brosse à dents électrique, deux autres compartiments 82 et 85 reçoivent des brosses à dents de type manuel B1 et B2, alors que les deux autres compartiments 83 et 84 reçoivent deux rasoirs mécaniques R1 et R2. A cet effet, l'embase 60 est avantageusement pourvue de moyens de maintien du manche de chaque rasoir, tels un bossage ou un bourrelet non représenté. Ces différents articles d'hygiène peuvent être accrochés au clip 96 qui équipe les compartiments. On peut aussi prévoir que certains articles sont simplement posés contre les parois de leur compartiment de réception. La présence d'un moyen d'accrochage, tel le clip précité, est cependant avantageuse car elle évite tout contact de la zone à stériliser, comme les poils des brosses, contre la paroi du compartiment. Ceci assure un degré optimal d'efficacité à la stérilisation. Chaque utilisateur peut par exemple s'attribuer un, voire plusieurs compartiment(s). On suppose maintenant qu'un utilisateur souhaite se brosser les dents au moyen de la brosse B2. Dans ce cas, il passe son doigt au travers de l'échancrure 16, agit sur les crans 64 et fait tourner le carrousel, jusqu'à ce que le compartiment 85 soit placé en regard de l'ouverture 24, comme illustré en figure 5. Cet utilisateur saisit alors la brosse, en fait usage et la replace dans ce compartiment.
