Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour extraire au moins un premier et un deuxième composant sanguin contenus dans une poche primaire (2) d'un système à poches (1) comprenant en outre au moins une poche satellite (3) de recueil du premier composant sanguin et une poche filtrante (7) disposée sur le chemin d'écoulement défini entre la poche primaire (2) et la poche satellite (3), la poche filtrante (7) comprenant un compartiment de filtration (8) et un compartiment de stockage (10) du deuxième composant sanguin, lesdits compartiments (8, 10) communiquant entre eux par un passage (11) pouvant être fermé, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes de : compresser la poche primaire (2) de sorte à extraire le premier composant sanguin et à le transférer au moins en partie dans la poche satellite (3) en passant par ladite poche filtrante (7) ; poursuivre la compression de la poche primaire (2) de sorte à extraire le deuxième composant sanguin et à le transférer au moins en partie dans le compartiment de stockage (10) ; fermer le passage (11) entre le compartiment de stockage (10) et le compartiment de filtration (8).
