Abstract

Brûleur de four de réchauffage de produits sidérurgiques tels que billettes, blooms ou brames, ou de four de traitement thermique, équipé d'un dispositif d'injection de combustible et d'un corps d'alimentation en comburant alimentant des orifices d'alimentation en comburant (8) et (9), le brûleur présentant une direction axiale ; le dispositif d'injection est prévu pour assurer une injection centrale du combustible par un orifice (10) suivant, ou parallèlement à, la direction axiale du brûleur ; le corps d'alimentation en comburant comporte deux ensembles de quatre orifices d'alimentation en comburant (8) et (9), chaque ensemble comportant deux orifices situés au-dessus d'un plan horizontal passant par la direction axiale du brûleur, et deux orifices situés au-dessous de ce plan, les orifices (8) d'un second ensemble étant plus éloignés dudit plan horizontal que ceux (9) du premier ensemble, les axes géométriques des orifices des deux ensembles présentant des angles d'inclinaison (a,b) par rapport à ladite direction axiale du brûleur.
