Claims (10)
- REVENDICATIONS1.- Acier inoxydable martensitique, caractérisé en ce que sa composition est, en pourcentages pondéraux : - traces C 0,030%, de préférence 0,010% ; - traces Si 0,25%, de préférence 0,10% ; - traces Mn 0,25%, de préférence 0,10% ; - traces S 0,020%, de préférence 0,005% ; - traces P 0,040%, de préférence 0,020% ; - 8% Ni 14%, de préférence 11,3% Ni 12,5% ; - 8% Cr 14%, de préférence 8.5% Cr 10% ; - 1,5% Mo + W/2 3,0%, de préférence 1,5 Mo + W/2 2,5% ; - 1,0% Al 2,0%, de préférence 1,0% Al 1,5% ; - 0,5% Ti 2,0%, de préférence 1,10% Ti 1,55% ; - 2% Co 9%, de préférence 2,5% Co 6,5% ; mieux entre 2,50 et 3,50% ; - traces N 0,030%, de préférence 0,0060% ; - traces O 0,020%, de préférence 0,0050% ; le reste étant du fer et des impuretés résultant de l'élaboration ; et en ce que sa température de début de transformation martensitique Ms calculée par la formule (1) Ms (°C) = 1302 - 28Si - 50Mn - 63Ni - 42Cr - 30Mo + 20AI - 12Co - 25Cu + 10[Ti - 4(C+N)] dans laquelle les teneurs des différents éléments sont exprimées en pourcentages pondéraux, est supérieure ou égale à 50°C, de préférence supérieure ou égale à 75°C.
- 2.- Acier inoxydable martensitique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la proportion de ferrite delta dans sa microstructure est inférieure ou égale à 1%.
- 3.- Procédé de fabrication d'une pièce en acier inoxydable martensitique, caractérisé en ce que : - on prépare un demi-produit en acier ayant la composition selon la revendication 1 par l'un des procédés suivants : * on prépare un acier liquide ayant la composition selon la revendication 1, et à partir de cet acier liquide, on coule et on solidifie un lingot et on le transforme en un demi-produit par au moins une transformation à chaud ; * on prépare par métallurgie des poudres un demi-produit fritté en un acier ayant la composition selon la revendication 1 ;- on réalise une mise en solution complète du demi-produit dans le domaine austénitique, à une température comprise entre 800 et 940°C ; - on réalise une trempe du demi-produit jusqu'à une température finale de trempe inférieure ou égale à -60°C, de préférence inférieure ou égale à -75°C ; - on réalise un vieillissement entre 450 et 600°C pendant 4 à 32 h.
- 4.- Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'on coule et solidifie un lingot, et en ce que, entre la solidification du lingot et la mise en solution du demi-produit, on réalise une homogénéisation du lingot ou du demi-produit à 1200-1300°C pendant au moins 24h.
- 5.- Procédé selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que entre la trempe et le vieillissement, on réalise une transformation à froid du demi-produit.
- 6.- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la trempe est réalisée en deux étapes, dans deux milieux de trempe différents.
- 7.- Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que la première étape de trempe est effectuée dans l'eau.
- 8.- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'on prépare l'acier liquide par un double traitement par fusion sous vide, le deuxième traitement sous vide étant un traitement de refusion ESR ou VAR.
- 9.- Pièce en acier inoxydable martensitique, caractérisé en ce qu'elle a été préparée par le procédé selon l'une des revendications 3 à 8.
- 10.- Pièce en acier inoxydable martensitique selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce qu'il s'agit d'une pièce de structure aéronautique.25
