Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif de plancher composite et son procédé de réalisation. Dispositif de plancher composite pour pièce ou local, comprenant une chape reposant sur au moins une couche d'isolant thermique et/ou acoustique, ladite chape flottante fournissant une surface apte à recevoir un revêtement de finition et intégrant éventuellement des éléments chauffants hydrauliques ou électriques. Dispositif de plancher (1) caractérisé en ce que la ou les couche(s) d'isolant (3), sensiblement de nature incompressible, repose(nt) sur le sol, en ce qu'une ou des gaines de réception ou de logement (7) pour une ou des lignes et/ou conduits (8) de circulation et de distribution de fluide(s), d'énergie et/ou de signaux sont disposées sur ladite ou lesdites couche(s) d'isolant (3), en étant préférentiellement solidarisées ponctuellement avec ce(s) dernière(s), et en ce que la chape (2) est constituée d'un mortier à base de liant hydraulique ou d'une chape fluide ou autonivelante, ladite chape (2) présentant une épaisseur d'enrobage d'au moins 3 cm au-dessus de la gaine (7) de plus grande hauteur ou épaisseur et incorporant préférentiellement un treillis (9) et/ou des fibres de renfort.
