Abstract

Cet implant de glène (1) comprend un plateau de glissement (2) formant, sur une face, une surface d'articulation et qui comporte, sur une face opposée (6), au moins deux plots d'ancrage (3, 4) destinés à être ancrés à l'omoplate, cet implant (1) étant en une seule pièce, notamment en polyéthylène, de sorte que ledit plateau de glissement (2) forme corps avec les plots d'ancrage (3, 4). Selon l'invention : - ladite face opposée (6) du plateau de glissement (2) présente une forme de révolution autour d'un axe perpendiculaire à ce plateau ; - un premier desdits plots (3) est de section circulaire et a son axe confondu avec ledit axe perpendiculaire au plateau (2), et comprend une gorge hélicoïdale (7).This glenoid implant (1) comprises a sliding plate (2) forming, on one face, an articulation surface and which comprises, on an opposite face (6), at least two anchoring pads (3, 4) intended to be anchored to the scapula, this implant (1) being in one piece, in particular made of polyethylene, so that said sliding plate (2) forms a body with the anchoring studs (3, 4).
