Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif évitant les crevaisons des pneumatiques pour tous véhicules. Il est constituer d'un pneumatique moulé à l'intérieur de cube creux (A) dans lequel est introduit une plaque intermédiaire moulée de dix cubes creux : cinq petits en dessous et cinq plus grands au dessus (B) et d'une dernière plaque de cinq cubes creux plus petits s'emboitant dans la plaque intermédiaire débordant sur les côtés et biseautés pour permettre le gonflage du pneumatique (C). Une variante est possible en ce que la dernière couche (C) vient s'emboiter directement dans le pneumatique moulé (A).The invention relates to a device for preventing punctures in tires for all vehicles. Description

La présente invention concerne un dispositif anti-crevaison de toute sorte de pneumatique pour véhicule. Avant le pneumatique était directement en contact avec la route et les pointes crevaient le pneu. Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à cet inconvénient. Il comporte selon une première caractéristique un pneu moulé à l'intérieur par une grille de cinq cubes creux (A), en seconde caractéristique par une couche moulée en dix cubes creux : cinq en dessous plus petits qui entrent dans le pneu moulé et cinq au dessus de même dimension que les cubes du pneu moulé (B) (on peut cumuler cette couche selon la volonté du constructeur) et d'une 10 dernière couche de cinq cubes plus petits en dessous de la membrane isolante qui déborde des cubes et est légèrement biseautée permettant l'étanchéité et le gonflage du restant du pneumatique (C). Selon une variante illustrée en figure (3) le pneumatique moulé en rangée de cinq cubes creux (A), peut être simplement recouvert par la dernière couche de cinq cubes creux plus petits en g" -dessous de la membrane isolante (C). Les dessins annexés illustrent l'invention : la figure (1) représente en coupe verticale le dispositif de l'invention, la figure (2) représente en coupe horizontale le dispositif de l'invention.
