Abstract

Instrument (10) pour l'impaction d'un composant acétabulaire (15) pour la reconstruction de l'articulation de la hanche comprenant une tige de manœuvre (11) dotée, au niveau d'une première extrémité, d'un dispositif (14) de mise en prise sélective et de libération dudit composant acétabulaire (15) et au niveau d'une seconde extrémité opposée, d'un dispositif de commande (12) dudit dispositif (14) de mise en prise sélective et de libération dudit composant acétabulaire (15); ledit dispositif (14) de mise en prise sélective et de libération dudit composant acétabulaire (15) comprenant une pluralité d'éléments à dent (16) mobiles entre une première position de mise en prise dudit composant acétabulaire (15) et une seconde position de libération dudit composant acétabulaire (15); caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments à dent (16) sont mobiles pour la translation radiale par rapport à l'axe de ladite tige de manœuvre (11) entre une position retirée de mise en prise et une position étendue de libération dudit composant acétabulaire (15).
