Description
Claims (14)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Matériau composite, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des granulats (1) poreux, non sphériques et une matrice organique (2, 3).
- 2. Matériau composite selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la matrice organique représente entre 5 et 30% de la masse de granulats.
- 3. Matériau composite selon l'une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que les granulats se touchent.
- 4. Matériau composite selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les granulats sont de tailles différentes, leur taille variant de 0,1 à lOmm.
- 5. Matériau composite selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la matrice comprend des charges qui représentent entre 0 et 25% de la masse de la matrice.
- 6. Matériau composite selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les granulats (1) sont enrobés d'une ou plusieurs couches (2, 3) successives de résine, lesdites couches de résine constituant tout ou partie de ladite matrice.
- 7. Matériau composite selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre des fibres (5) de renfort dont la concentration volumique est comprise entre 0 et 25%.
- 8. Matériau composite selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les fibres (5) de renfort présentent une longueur comprise entre 0,1 et 60mm.
- 9. Structure composite de type sandwich (10) comprenant un matériau d'âme (8) intercalé entre deux peaux (6,7), caractérisée en ce que le matériau d'âme (8) est conforme au matériau composite selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8.
- 10. Pièce composite formée à partir du matériau composite selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8. Ref : 0341-NIM03
- 11. Procédé de fabrication d'un matériau composite, ledit procédé comprenant au moins les étapes suivantes : - malaxer des granulats (1) poreux et non sphériques, pendant une durée prédéterminée, dans une première résine (2), - chauffer le mélange obtenu à la température de polymérisation de ladite première résine, - malaxer les granulats (1) recouverts de ladite première résine dans une deuxième résine (3) pendant une deuxième durée prédéterminée, - mettre en forme le mélange obtenu, - chauffer ledit mélange préalablement mis en forme à la température de polymérisation de ladite deuxième résine.
- 12. Procédé de fabrication d'un matériau composite selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre, après l'étape de polymérisation de ladite première résine, une étape d'enduction des granulats par au moins une autre couche de résine, apte par exemple à accroitre la mouillabilité entre lesdites première et deuxième résine.
- 13. Procédé de fabrication d'un matériau composite selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre, préalablement à l'étape de polymérisation de ladite deuxième résine, une étape d'arrangement des granulats de manière à combler des espaces inter-granulats.
- 14. Procédé de fabrication d'un matériau composite selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce la viscosité de la première résine (2) est adaptée à la dimension des porosités (4) des granulats (1), de manière à obturer les porosités sans les remplir. Ref : 0341-NIM03
