Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Système (250, 155, 130) d'appel d'urgence comportant : - un dispositif (250) de déclenchement d'appel d'urgence ; et - un dispositif de communication (130) comportant un élément sécurisé (150), cet élément sécurisé (150) comportant : - au moins deux profils (P1, P_eCall) dont un profil d'urgence (P_eCall) ; - des moyens (PSM) aptes à recevoir un événement (EVT) émis par le dispositif (250) de déclenchement d'appel d'urgence via un canal (155) de communication locale ; - des moyens (152) d'activation d'un profil d'urgence (P_eCall) permettant d'effectuer des appels d'urgence dans un réseau de communication, si ledit profil n'est pas actif (E22) ; et - des moyens d'appel d'un numéro d'urgence (NU) dans ledit réseau pour effectuer ledit appel d'urgence.
- 2. Système de gestion d'appel selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément sécurisé (250) est constitué par un microcircuit eUICC comportant des domaines de sécurité (SSD1, SSD2) comportant lesdits profils (P1, P_eCall).
- 3. Système de gestion d'appel d'urgence selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit appel d'urgence est utilisé pour communiquer des données (DCV) permettant de localiser l'appel d'urgence et préférentiellement de rappeler ledit dispositif de communication (130) sur un numéro associé à un desdits profils différent dudit profil d'urgence (P_eCall).
- 4. Système de gestion d'appel d'urgence selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdites données (DCV) sont stockées dans ledit profil d'urgence (P_eCall).
- 5. Système de gestion d'appel d'urgence selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 destiné à être incorporé dans un véhicule et caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (250) de déclenchement d'appel d'urgence comporte un mécanisme (110) de type airbag et/ou un ordinateur de bord (120) aptes à générer ledit événement (EVT).
- 6. Système de gestion d'appel d'urgence selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 dans lequel : - ledit dispositif de communication (130) est un dispositif portable, par 10 exemple un téléphone ; et - ledit dispositif (250) de déclenchement d'appel d'urgence un ensemble d'un ou plusieurs capteurs aptes à détecter un état de santé de l'utilisateur dudit dispositif de communication (130) pour déclencher un appel d'urgence. 15
- 7. Procédé d'appel d'urgence mis en oeuvre par un élément sécurisé (150) comportant au moins deux profils (P1, P_eCall) dont un profil d'urgence (P_eCall), ledit élément sécurisé (150) étant compris dans un dispositif de communication (130) connecté localement à un dispositif 20 (250) de déclenchement d'appel d'urgence, ce procédé comportant : - une étape (E10) de réception d'un événement (EVT) en provenance du dispositif de déclenchement d'appel d'urgence (250) via un canal (155) de communication locale ; - une étape (E30, E40) d'activation d'un profil d'urgence (P_eCall) 25 permettant de placer des appels d'urgence dans un réseau de communication, si ledit profil n'est pas actif (E22) ; et - une étape (E50) d'appel d'un numéro d'urgence (NU) dans ledit réseau pour effectuer ledit appel d'urgence. 30
- 8. Procédé d'appel selon la revendication 7 caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une étape (E22) d'identification dudit profil d'urgence (P_eCall) à partir d'une donnée associée audit événement (EVT).
- 9. Procédé d'appel selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce 35 que l'étape (E50) d'appel du numéro d'urgence (NU) est suivie par une étape d'activation d'un profil (P1) différent dudit profil d'urgence (P_eCall).
- 10. Procédé d'appel selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que l'activation dudit profil (P1) est effectuée sur réception d'une commande émise par une entité SM-SR.5
