Abstract

L’invention concerne un contenant (10) pour liquides, notamment pour liquides alimentaires comprenant : - une cuve (12), - un couvercle flottant (30) reçu dans la cuve depuis une ouverture (20) de la cuve, le couvercle flottant étant ajusté à une paroi (14) de la cuve et présentant une liberté de coulissement dans la cuve, et séparant dans la cuve une chambre de réception de liquide (41) et une chambre de réception de gaz (42), - un couvercle d’obturation (22) de l’ouverture (20), fermant la chambre de réception de gaz (42) lorsqu’il est reçu sur l’ouverture, le couvercle d’obturation étant amovible de la cuve, et - au moins un premier orifice (51) communiquant avec la chambre de réception de liquide (41), - au moins un deuxième orifice (52) communiquant avec la chambre de réception de gaz (42). L’invention concerne également un distributeur de liquides utilisant le contenant. Application au conditionnement et à la distribution de liquides alimentaires, notamment de vin.
