Abstract
L’invention concerne un un appareil découpe incluant : une source LASER (1) pour émettre un faisceau LASER initial (11) sous la forme d’impulsions, un système de mise en forme (2) positionné en aval du laser femtoseconde (1), pour transformer le faisceau LASER initial (11) en un unique faisceau LASER modulé en phase, un coupleur optique (3) entre la source LASER (1) et le système de mise en forme (2), le coupleur optique (3) incluant une fibre optique (31), remarquable en ce que l’appareil de découpe comprend en outre un correcteur de polarisation (7) pour modifier la polarisation du faisceau LASER initial (11) à une extrémité d’entrée du coupleur optique (3) de sorte que la polarisation du faisceau LASER à une extrémité de sortie du coupleur optique (3) corresponde à une polarisation de référence souhaitée).
