Abstract

La présente invention concerne les dispositifs pour réaliser, par thermoformage, une pièce Pf dont la paroi 2 ne doit pas présenter, en au moins un point, une faiblesse en épaisseur. Le dispositif selon l’invention comporte, une embase Em, un moule 10, des moyens 12 pour maintenir une plaque de matière thermo-déformable 14, des moyens 20 pour chauffer, jusqu’à une température de valeur donnée, au moins l’un des deux éléments suivants : le moule 10, la plaque de matière thermo-déformable 14, des moyens 30 pour translater l’un de ces deux éléments vers l’autre pour les amener au contact l’un de l’autre de façon que la plaque de matière thermo-déformable 14 prenne la forme du moule 10, et des moyens 40 pour abaisser la température de la matière thermo-déformable au niveau d’un point 1 de la plaque de matière thermo-formable correspondant au point de la paroi 2 de la pièce Pf au niveau duquel cette paroi ne doit pas présenter une faiblesse en épaisseur.
