Abstract
L’invention concerne un procédé de production mutualisée de biométhane pour injection dans le réseau de gaz naturel mettant en œuvre un ou plusieurs sites producteurs Pi de biogaz (i=1 à n), comprenant les étapes suivantes :a) Production de biogaz (101) sur chaque site producteur Pi ; b) Prétraitement sur site Pi du biogaz produit pour obtenir un biogaz prétraité (102) ;c)Purification partielle optionnelle sur site Pi pour obtenir un biogaz partiellement purifié (103) à une teneur en méthane CH4 à 60% en volume au maximum;d) Conditionnement du biogaz sous forme gazeuse haute pression ou supercritique sur site Pi;e) Collecte et transport des biogaz conditionnés (105) vers un site de purification poussée à proximité dudit réseau de gaz naturel ;f) Purification poussée mutualisée des biogaz conditionnés (105) pour obtenir un biométhane (106), pour injection dans les réseaux de gaz naturel ou utilisable comme carburant bioGNV.
