Abstract

The invention relates to a system (1) for mixing and dispensing cosmetic raw materials for developing a finished cosmetic product, comprising a machine (10) for mixing and dispensing cosmetic raw materials, a pre-dosed capsule (100) containing cosmetic raw materials, a bottle for receiving cosmetic raw materials and developing therein the finished cosmetic product, said bottle having a stopper and being adapted to be placed in a housing (13) of the machine (100) provided for this purpose , characterized in that the machine (100) comprises only a single receptacle (12) for a single capsule (100), said capsule (100) comprising at least two distinct and separate compartments respectively accommodating at least one active principle and one texturing agent, and the stopper (210) of the reception bottle comprises means (214) for mixing inside said bottle the mixture consisting of the raw materials c osmetic and water.

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a system for mixing and dispensing cosmetic raw materials in order to prepare a cosmetic product, a method for implementing this system, a bottle used with this system / process and a capsule used with this system / process. .

STATE OF THE ART

At present cosmetic products sold commercially in supermarkets, in pharmacies / parapharmacy or by mail, for example moisturizing or anti-wrinkle creams, are composed in particular of an oily phase containing in particular vegetable oils, butters or emulsifying waxes for cosmetic use, of an aqueous phase generally containing pure or scented water and of at least one active principle conferring on the cosmetic product the desired effectiveness.

These cosmetic products, generally in the form of an emulsion and are produced for months in advance. Consumers are more and more concerned with knowing the exact composition of these products, in particular the presence of endocrine disruptors, dyes, additives, emulsifiers, preservatives, allergens, olfactory molecules and other potentially carcinogenic substances. They consult websites, blogs, try to decrypt product labels but they are not necessarily reassured about what they buy and put on their skin or hair.

In addition, the use of chemicals in food and cosmetics meets the same constraints of large-scale industrial production, conservation imperative and stability over long periods.

Unable to wait for the authorities, the bravest users opt for making homemade cosmetic recipes (known as "do it yourself"), which allows you to control the compositions and the "freshness" of the preparation.

However, this solution brings a lot of new constraints: decrypting the recipes, buying the components (problem of their origin and conservation) and the equipment, weighing, heating, stirring, cleaning and finally storing. Many stages, which do not guarantee success and which by their own admission are tedious, are similar to cooking with sometimes hazardous results (the product does not correspond in terms of texture or practicality of use to it which was desired) and very often not very economical.

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The present invention aims to respond at least in part to the limitations of the prior art mentioned above.

To this end, the invention relates to a system for mixing and distributing cosmetic raw materials in order to produce a finished cosmetic product, comprising:

a machine for mixing and dispensing cosmetic raw materials, said machine comprising at least one chassis, a receptacle for a sealed and pre-dosed capsule containing said cosmetic raw materials for mixing and dispensing, a water tank, piercing means for capsule cover, pumping means for injecting water from the reservoir towards the capsule by forced circulation in order to push cosmetic raw materials into a receiving bottle, a pre-metered capsule containing cosmetic raw materials and closed in a sealed manner air through a cover, a bottle for receiving the cosmetic raw materials and developing therein the finished cosmetic product, said bottle having a stopper and being adapted to be placed in a housing of the machine (100) provided for this purpose, characterized in that:

the machine comprises only a single receptacle for a single capsule, the capsule of cosmetic raw materials comprises at least two distinct and separate compartments respectively housing at least one active principle and a texturing agent, and the cap of the reception bottle comprises a means mixing inside said bottle of the mixture consisting of cosmetic raw materials and water.

Thus, by simplifying and automating each step of the manufacturing process, the solution makes it possible to develop a cosmetic product at home in a simple, reliable, fast way (no weighing, mixing, accessories to buy, cleaning) and with products selected and calibrated in advance, without risk of hazardous results.

According to preferred embodiments of the present invention:

- the cap has a body provided with a central opening for filling the bottle with cosmetic raw materials,

the central opening is movable in rotation inside the body, the mixing means is connected to the central opening of the plug, and the machine comprises means for driving said central opening,

- the central opening is provided with internal protuberances cooperating with drive pins which are provided with the drive means,

the drive means comprise a motor, a first toothed wheel engaged with said motor, a second toothed wheel engaged with a lower ring carrying the drive pins, and a toothed belt engaged with the two toothed wheels,

- the drive means include sealing means with the bottle,

- the sealing means comprise the lower ring and a compression spring bearing against a support,

the mixing means comprises a foot linked to the central opening of the cap and carrying at its free end an inclined disc acting as a mixing blade,

- the inclined disc is provided with peripheral indentations,

- the foot is unique, has a curved convex shape and stands on one side of the central opening of the cap,

- the foot has a "Y" shape, the branches of which stand on either side of the central opening of the cap,

- the capsule is equipped with a means of indicating its content readable by an automatic detection means which is provided with the machine,

- the machine includes a compressed air pump placed downstream of the water pump,

- the active ingredient is in the form of a dry matter,

- the texturing agent is a fluid, in particular an oil,

- the machine has a control screen, and

- the machine incorporates a device for weighing the bottle.

The present invention also relates to a method of distributing and mixing cosmetic raw materials using the system as described above to develop a cosmetic product, characterized in that it comprises at least the following steps:

A) place the capsule in the receptacle provided for this purpose in the machine,

B) place the bottle fitted with a mixing means stopper in the housing of the machine,

C) pierce the cap of the capsule,

D) inject water into the capsule to push all of the cosmetic raw materials out of it in the direction of the bottle in order to prepare the cosmetic product,

E) start up means of mixing the stopper of the bottle in order to homogenize the cosmetic product in the latter by emulsion,

F) remove the bottle from the machine housing,

G) remove from the capsule from its receptacle.

The invention also relates to a bottle for receiving a cosmetic product for its use in the system or with the process as described above, characterized in that its cap includes a means for mixing the product.

The invention further relates to a capsule containing cosmetic raw materials for its use in the machine according to one or with the method as described above, characterized in that it comprises two distinct and separate compartments respectively accommodating at least one principle active and a texturing agent.

In accordance with the present invention, a system 1 for mixing and dispensing cosmetic raw materials in order to prepare a finished cosmetic product is shown in FIGS. 1 to 5.

This system 1 generally comprises a machine 10 for mixing and dispensing cosmetic raw materials, a capsule 100 provided with a cover 101 (transparent in FIG. 21) and containing cosmetic raw materials to be mixed and a bottle 200 in which the product finished cosmetic is prepared and fitted with a stopper 210.

More specifically, the machine 10 comprises an external chassis 11, mainly made of molded plastic material, preferably recyclable and / or bio-sourced, said chassis 11 comprising a single hollow receptacle 12 for a domed capsule 100 filled with cosmetic raw materials, and a housing 13 for receiving an empty bottle 200.

As can be seen in FIGS. 2 to 5 where the external walls of the frame 11 have been locally removed, the machine 10 contains various elements among which are a water tank 14 connected to a water pump and an air pump ( not shown or referenced but of known type) downstream of the water pump for injecting water from the reservoir 14 towards the capsule 100 by forced circulation in order to push cosmetic raw materials into the recipient bottle 200, means 15 for piercing of the cover 101 of the capsule 100, a reader 16 of the contents of the capsule 100, a control screen 17, a device 18 for weighing the receiving bottle 200, a cover 19 provided with the receptacle 12 and means 20 for driving a plug mixing member 210.

As can be seen in FIGS. 19 to 22, the capsule 100, typically made of plastic or aluminum, includes the seal 101 for sealing fluid-tight (air, water), two independent compartments 102 and 103 separated by a partition 104, and a bottom 105 provided with a conical central shape 106 rising inside said capsule 100. Advantageously the material used will be recyclable and information will be indicated in this sense on the capsule 100.

In the exemplary embodiment, the capsule 100, of mainly essentially round and flat shape, measures approximately 50-55 mm at its largest diameter, for a maximum thickness of approximately 8-12 mm.

The capsule 100 is also provided with a lateral gripping tab 107 provided with means 108 for indicating its content readable by the reading means 18 of the machine 10.

The tongue 107, of elongated shape and rounded at its free end, measures approximately 2 mm in thickness, 20 mm in width and around 300 in length.

The content indication means 108 are of the visual and / or tactile type and are constituted for example by a bar code, a QR code or mechanically readable protuberances in the form of a set of extra points.

The capsule 100 contains in its compartments 102 and 103 respectively two cosmetic raw materials, namely an active ingredient on the one hand, for example in the form of a dry powder, and a fluid texturing agent on the other hand, for example under the form of a cosmetic fat such as an oil.

The bottle 200, shown in more detail in Figures 13 to 18, for its part comprises a main body 201, for example made of transparent or translucent glass, a stopper 210 and a cap 220 with a stopper (see Figures 13 to 15).

The stopper 210 has a cylindrical outer body 211 which can be screwed onto a screw thread 202 of the body 201 of the bottle 200 (see FIGS. 13 and 16). This outer body 211 has a central opening 212 movable in rotation relative to said body 211 and provided with at least one, and preferably at least two, radial drive protrusions 213 (see FIGS. 13, 14 and 16).

The stopper 210 also includes a mixing member 214 shown in more detail in FIGS. 17 and 18 and in the present case in the form of at least one blade (also called stirrer) having a convex curved foot 215 one side of the central opening 212 and provided at its free end with an inclined disc 216 having indentations 217 on its periphery. The hollow central part 212 of the stopper 210 provided with the two protrusions 213 can rotate freely axially inside the body 213 in order to cause with it the rotation of the mixing member 214 inside the bottle 200, as will be described later. To this end, the bottom 203 of the bottle 200 is of hemispherical shape (see FIG. 16).

According to an alternative embodiment illustrated in Figure 18, the foot 15 is in the form of "y" with two rods erected on either side of the central opening 212.

The drive means 20 shown in more detail in FIGS. 10 to 12 typically comprise two toothed wheels 21 and 22 and a toothed belt 23. The first toothed wheel 21 is connected to a drive motor 24 housed in the chassis 11 of the machine 10 while the second toothed wheel 22, called the gear wheel, is connected to a lower ring 25 provided with two drive pins 26 adapted to engage inside the hollow central part 212 of the plug 210 and take pressing respectively against the protuberances 213 to rotate said hollow central part in order to drive in rotation the mixing paddle 214 inside the body 201 of the bottle 200.

The drive means 20 also comprise a sealing member 27 constituted by the lower ring 25 provided with drive pins 26 and a compression spring 28 bearing against a slender support 29 of the drive means 20.

When the bottle 200 is positioned in the housing 13 of the machine 10, it raises the lower ring more or less high 25 against the restoring force of the compression spring 28 in order to be pressed against the top of the stopper 210 so that the pins 26 penetrates well into the central opening 212 of the plug.

Figures 6 to 9 show more how the capsule 100 is inserted into the machine 10 and how the cosmetic raw materials flow out of the latter towards the bottle 200.

Thus, the water tank 14 is connected, for example using a flexible pipe (not shown) with a connector 14b arranged in the vicinity of the zone 100 for receiving the capsule 100. This connector 14b allows to bring the water into the capsule 100 in order to push the cosmetic raw materials out of the latter in the direction of the bottle 200.

The operation of this system 1 is therefore as follows:

- A) the user places the bottle 200 provided with the cap 210 (tightly closed maki without the cap 220) in the housing 13 of the machine 10,

- B) the weighing means 18 weigh the weight of the bottle 200 in order to determine the quantity of water to be injected,

- C) the user places the capsule 100 in the receptacle 12 provided in the machine 10 for this purpose

- D) the user folds the cover so that the piercing means 15 pierce the cover 101 of the capsule 100

- E) a quantity of water determined in advance by the machine is injected from the reservoir 14, for example with a compressed air pump placed downstream of the water pump, towards the capsule 100 via the connector 14b to push all of the cosmetic raw materials out of it in the direction of the bottle 200 in order to develop the cosmetic product,

- F) the assembly consisting of the water injected into the capsule 100 and the complete contents of the two compartments 102 and 103 then flows through a central channel 14c of the machine 10 ending in the central opening 212 of the plug 210,

G) once the bottle 200 has been filled with this mixture, the mixing means 214 of the stopper 210 of the bottle 20 are started in order to homogenize the cosmetic product by emulsion in said bottle 200,

- H) once this operation is completed (message displayed on the screen for example) the user removes the bottle 200 from the housing 13 of the machine and closes the cap 210 using the cap 220 whose side slots 221 conform to the protuberances 213 of said plug,

-1) removal of the capsule 100 from its receptacle 12.

If the bottle 200 has a certain capacity, controlled during the weighing phase, for example 30 ml, the user will be guided to introduce the capsule 100 corresponding to this capacity and the machine will be programmed to inject the right amount of water. If the bottle 200 has a capacity of 10 ml, the user will be guided to introduce a capsule 100 corresponding to this capacity.

In step E, a seal is created around the capsule 100 so that neither the water nor the cosmetic raw materials escape elsewhere than in the direction of the channel 14c.

In steps F and G, a seal is created between the top of the stopper 210 and the bottom of the lower ring 25 so that the product does not escape from the bottle 200.

An additional weighing step can be added at the end of step F in order to verify that the total content of the capsule 100 has been evacuated and that the bottle 200 is well filled with the desired capacity.

All the operations described above can be visually animated on the control and command screen 17 to guide and inform the user. It can be a stopwatch indicating the time for each stage (or the time remaining before proceeding to the next stage), description of the operations to be carried out using small animations (cover to be folded down, launch of water injection, water injection, end of water injection, start of mixing, mixing, end of mixing, withdrawal of the capsule, withdrawal of the vial, etc.). Light signals of the flashing light type, and / or auditory (beep) can also be provided to inform the user of the good progress of the operations, in particular to indicate to him that he can withdraw the bottle 200 out of the housing 13 of the machine and / or raise the cover 19 to remove the empty capsule 100.

Data relating to the cosmetic raw materials introduced and to the cosmetic product obtained are also displayed on the screen 17 during the course of the operations in order to inform the user.

Malfunction information (capsule 100 incorrectly inserted in its receptacle 12, bottle 200 improperly positioned in its housing 13), lack of water or breakdown is also provided on the control screen 17.

Thanks to the system which is the subject of the present invention, each user will be able to obtain simply, in a very short time (approximately 2-3 minutes), without the industrial and logistical constraints of traditional products and in a fun way cosmetic products with materials. first fresh which he can also control the content that will be displayed on each capsule. He can thus obtain access to a wide range of products best suited to his skin.

Particular attention will therefore be paid to raw materials to provide an effective care product in terms of performance (nourish the skin, moisturize it, repair it in the event of aggression, protect it, treat wrinkles or age spots) and healthy (no allergens, no endocrine disruptors such as parabens, BHT, or phenoxyethanol).

In conclusion, the problem addressed by the present system is as follows:

Control the date of manufacture of dermo-cosmetic treatments and thus have fresh cosmetics,

Simplify the manufacturing process of in-house cosmetics in compliance with good manufacturing practice standards to keep the advantages and erase the disadvantages.

In addition, the machine is very compact and measures on the order of 20 cm wide by 20 high with a thickness of about 6-8 cm. Its design (shapes, colors, materials, finishes) and its ergonomics (control screen 17, easy access to the areas for the bottle 200 and the cap 100) will also be worked to make it very visually attractive and easy to use regular.

A mobile phone application is also provided to control the machine 10 remotely, again with various animations informing the user of the good progress of the operations. For this, the machine 10 will be provided with a wireless communication module of the Bluetooth® type for example.

It should be understood that the detailed description of the object of the invention, given only by way of illustration, does not in any way constitute a limitation, technical equivalents also being included in the scope of the present invention.

Thus, the plug may comprise two or more blades, perforated locally or not, distributed evenly over a circumference.

The capsule detection means can be placed under the tab or on the cover.

Each capsule may include more than two housings for cosmetic raw materials, with for example an additional housing for receiving an olfactory composition.

The oil can be replaced by an emulsifying powder and / or a gelling agent such as Xanthan gum.
