Abstract

L'invention propose un procédé et un système de fabrication d'un pilier prothétique pour patient équipé d'un implant comprenant une extrémité munie d'un volume polyédrique présentant au moins trois faces incluses dans des plans sécants, de telle sorte que le volume polyédrique dépasse d'une gencive du patient. Elle comprend les étapes suivantes : numériser la bouche en trois dimensions dans un logiciel de CAO ; sélectionner un modèle numérique de l'implant, et le manipuler dans l'espace jusqu'à ce que son extrémité munie du. volume polyédrique se superpose au volume polyédrique de l'implant de la bouche, sélectionner un modèle numérique d'un pilier de base, l'agencer en position de fixation virtuelle sur le modèle numérique de l'implant et l'adapter pour obtenir un modèle numérique sur mesure, et fabriquer un pilier prothétique à. partir de ce modèle.
