Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif pour la réalisation d'une pièce par moulage d'un BMG, comprenant : a. un moule comprenant deux coquilles délimitant une cavité moulante étanche ; b. un dispositif de fusion du BMG comprenant : bi. un creuset froid sectorisé, dit creuset de fusion, disposé verticalement comprenant des secteurs creux constitués d'un matériau électriquement conducteur et non magnétique isolés électriquement les uns des autres ; bii. un inducteur sous la forme d'une bobine entourant ledit creuset de fusion pour le chauffage de son contenu ; biii. un moyen de génération de courant à très haute fréquence pour alimenter l'inducteur; caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un piston sectorisé comprenant des secteurs creux constitués d'un matériau électriquement conducteur et non magnétique isolés électriquement les uns des autres, fermant le creuset de fusion à une de ses extrémités.
