Claims (10)
- Revendications1. Procédé de fabrication d’une pièce composite (1 ; 101 ; 201), comprenant les étapes suivantes :- mise en place d’une pièce (3; 103; 203) en matériau composite comprenant des fibres et une résine thermoplastique sur une matrice ;- déplacement d’un presseur vers la matrice afin de thermo-estamper la pièce (3 ; 103 ; 203);- réalisation d’au moins un orifice (5 ; 105 ; 205) dans la pièce (3 ; 103 ; 203) par déplacement d’au moins un poinçon au travers de la pièce (3 ; 103 ; 203) et d’au moins un compacteur repoussant la matière de la pièce (3 ; 103 ; 203) déplacée par le poinçon et formant un épaulement (7 ; 107 ; 207) autour de l’orifice (5 ; 105 ; 205) ou d’un des orifices (5 ; 105 ; 205);caractérisé en ce que le procédé comprend, en outre, l’étape suivante :- mise en place d’un insert métallique (9 ; 109 ; 209) sur l’épaulement (7 ; 107 ; 207) du ou d’au moins un des orifices (5 ; 105 ; 205).
- 2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l’épaulement (7 : 107) autour de l’orifice (5 ; 105) ou d’au moins un des orifices (5 ; 105) forme un anneau fermé (12) ou plusieurs segments (108) distants les uns de autres, l’insert (9 ; 109) correspondant étant en serrage mécanique dans ledit anneau (12) ou lesdits segments (108), respectivement.
- 3. Procédé selon l’une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu’à l’étape de mise en place du ou des inserts métalliques, le ou chacun desdits inserts (9 ; 109) est déplacé exclusivement vers l’épaulement (7 ; 107) correspondant suivant un mouvement d’insertion.
- 4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que pour le ou au moins un des orifices (205), l’épaulement (207) forme des segments (208) distants les uns des autres et comportant des encoches (206) radiales, l’insert (209) correspondant présentant un bord périphérique avec des créneaux (210) correspondant auxdits segments (208), et l’étape de mise en place de l’insert métallique comprenant un mouvement d’insertion dudit insert (209) dans lesdits segments (208) suivi d’un mouvement de rotation dudit insert (209) de manière à engager le bord périphérique dudit insert (209) dans les encoches 206.
- 5. Procédé selon l’une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l’insert (9 ; 109 ; 209) ou chacun des inserts (9; 109 ; 209) est une plaque avec, à la périphérie, un ressaut (15 ; 115 ; 215) en contact avec l’épaulement (7 ; 107 ; 207) correspondant, la face (17 ; 117 ; 217) dudit insert (9 ; 109 ; 209) opposée au ressaut (15 ; 115 ; 215) étant alignée avec la face (18 ; 118 ; 218) de la pièce (3 ; 103 ; 203) opposée audit épaulement (7 ; 107 ; 207).
- 6. Procédé selon l’une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l’opération de mise en place du ou des inserts métalliques (9 ; 109 ; 209) est réalisée alors que la pièce (3 ; 103 ; 203) présente une température moyenne supérieure à 80° et/ou inférieure à 120°C.
- 7. Pièce composite (1 ; 101 ; 201) comprenant :- un corps thermo-estampé en matériau composite comprenant des fibres et une résine thermoplastique, avec au moins un orifice (5 ; 105 ; 205) de fixation ;caractérisé en ce que ladite pièce (1 ; 101 ; 201) comprend, en outre :- un insert métallique (9 ; 109 ; 209) logé sur le ou au moins un des orifices (5 ; 105 ; 205) de fixation, le corps comprenant autour dudit orifice (5 ; 105 ; 205) un épaulement (7 ; 107 ; 207) avec une face d’appui (11 ; 111 ; 211 ) de l’insert (9 ; 109 ; 209), dans le plan moyen de la pièce au niveau de l’orifice (5 ; 105 ; 205), et une ou plusieurs faces de positionnement (13 ; 113 ; 213) dudit insert (9 ; 109 ; 209), perpendiculaires à la face d’appui (11 ; 111 ; 211).
- 8. Pièce composite (1 ; 101 ) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la ou les faces de positionnement (13 ; 113) de l’épaulement (7 ; 107) ou de chacun des épaulements (7 ; 107) forment un anneau (12) fermé ou plusieurs segments (108) distants les uns des autres, serrant un bord périphérique dudit insert (9 ; 109).
- 9. Pièce composite (201 ) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les faces de positionnement (213) de l’épaulement (207) ou de chacun des épaulements (207) forment des segments (208) distants les uns des autres avec des encoches radiales (206) engageant avec un bord périphérique dudit insert (209).
- 10. Véhicule automobile comprenant une structure métallique (23) et au moins une pièce composite (1 ; 101 ; 201) fixée à ladite structure métallique (23);5 caractérisé en ce que la pièce composite (1 ; 101 ; 201) est selon l’une des revendications 7 à 9, le ou chacun des inserts (9 ; 109 ; 209) étant fixé à la structure métallique (23).
